キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジが付いていて料理ができたのがよかった。塩、コショウ、油もあってよかった。パジャマも受け付けで無料で借りられてありがたかった。洗面所に歯ブラシしかなかったので、ヘアゴム、シェービング、綿棒などがあればもっとよかったとおもった。素敵な時間を過ごせて、ここを予約してよかったと思った。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

the rooms are a collaboration between western and japanese with very comfortable beds.

This hotel is located about 5-10m walk from Kyoto Station, making it a great launch-point for your adventures. It is located in a residential-looking neighborhood, so if you need to be right next to bustling night-life, this may not be the best option. If you are looking for peace and relaxation after a long day exploring, this is the spot. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. The rooms are very well-appointed and comfortable, and massive by Japanese hotel standards. I believe this hotel sacrifices on services to keep costs down, such as only providing towel and trash changing, not full room service. This is fine by me since I am a fairly independent traveler, but may not work for some. Overall the value for location and quality of accommodation cannot be beat here, and I would consider staying again. さらに表示

Wonderful location and services from the staff. The room is spacious for us and the kitchenette is very useful. The nearby AEON Mall has a big supermarket to buy the groceries. The apartment also has a luggage forwarding service which saves us a lot of hassle when we arrange to send our luggages to Osaka while touring other nearby areas. Greatly recommended! さらに表示

Our family totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room is spacious and the facilities inside were top notch. Hotel staff are great! Although service at the hotel desk is available only from 9am to 12 midnight, it has never an issue with us since everything we need for our stay were properly provided for upon check in. This hotel was wonderful. It is 4 blocks from Kyoto Station. Follow their walking instructions.
At first we were skeptical when we learned that Breakfast was not included but when we arrived, the room was beautiful and included a state of the art kitchen. We were told that a market was 2 blocks away, and that it was. A market in a fantastic 4 story new mall. We had such fun buying food for breakfast and cooking it too. The hotel staff was so helpful and accommodating. The beds were great and the hotel was so clean and new. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Loved it!!!!! さらに表示

The bed situation is unusual from an American perspective, but none the less ok. There are 3 small beds per room, no queen/king etc, but you can push them together. The room was beautiful and featured high end pieces of furniture. We got in for an amazing price hopefully you can do the same, either way I don’t think anyone would ever regret staying here. You’re getting a lot more space than you would at most if not any other hotel nearby. Our room had a private fully enclosed garden which the entire room viewed into, it was stunning. Hotel facilities are new and modern, staff are friendly and good location (within walking distance from kyoto Station yet away from the noise) We had a great stay here! Would be perfect if there's a full length mirror and beds not so soft. Otherwise nothing to pick, strongly recommended to travellers in group of 3-4. さらに表示

We really enjoyed our stay at 22 Pieces, only a few blocks from Kyoto Station. Facilities were clean and very new, room came equipped with a Dyson hair dryer, sleek kettle, kitchen area with utensils and a small fridge. Bathroom was immaculate. We stayed here for 3 nights, then visited Osaka for one night and returned to stay here for another 2 nights. On our first stay, our room included a small sitting area with sofa and coffee table. On our second stay, the room had a dining table instead of the sofa area. If I would choose one over the other, I would suggest getting the room with dining table as it came in handy when bringing food back to your room, it was nice having a large table to use.
Staff was super friendly and offered us green tea at end of the day when we returned to the hotel.
Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this hotel and the friendly staff, especially James; highly recommend this for stay if you are looking for something near Kyoto station.

The moment you walk in, you will be greeted by the multilingual staff to help you check-in. Besides the small lobby, everything else is secured behind a coded door. You don't need a room key.
You will then be shocked by the size of the room, especially if you have been to more standard Japanese hotels. The rooms were quite clean, and the new facilities a treat. My favourite part was the modern bathroom (heated toilet, separate shower/bath), presented in a spacious layout; it was my first time seeing his/hers sinks in Japan.
In our Dining-type room, there was a table which sits 4-5 easily. Although there were "only" three mattresses, the room could easily sleep 4 with the thinner cushion in the other corner of the room. If you are traveling as a family with young kids, I highly recommend this hotel with the bunk bed layout.
The only thing I missed was a laundry machine (we stayed over a week), but there is a coin laundromat about a minute away. さらに表示
