The instructions on the handbook were very detailed. although the trash disposal rules were rather complicated, I guess it's part of living in Japan and just consider it part of the experience. Appliances were convenient and nice to use. さらに表示

Perfect place to stay here. Very very accessible to train stations, tourist spots nearby and Japanese Restaurants.
The place meets all your needs in the house (e.g. Toiletries, slippers, towel, portable wifi).
I will definitely go back here, the host is very accommodating. The host replies immediately to all your queries.

The apartment comes with 3 rooms and overall size is about 3~4 times bigger than hotel in Japan. Located at Ebisucho station exit 5. They have private laundry machine with free detergent provided. Good service and clear check-in guide and shop around guide is also provided, close to the shopping locations, we managed to walk to Kuromon market and Dotonbori easily, highly recommend. さらに表示

We stayed here for 4 nights, 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Sleeping space was great and it was spacious for my children to play in the apartment while we all sit around. Appliances were all excellent and clean too. Location was perfect for us, below is Ebisucho station just about 30 steps away from building entrance and Tsutenkaku Tower is just across the road, 24H supermarket and stores all just downstairs or nearby. We also managed to walk to Kuromon Market and Dotondori. There are Lots of tax free shop and stores along the way. Not sure what else to say but definitely all praises from everyone. Love the convenience of self check-in and out. Comparing this apartment to all the apartments we stayed in Japan, this is definitely the best. さらに表示

There are 4 beds in the unit I stayed, though I think Japan double bed is slightly smaller than other country, but it is still very comfort for my family of 5. There is private kitchen and laundry, room and facilities look exactly the same as the photo, thumbs up for the great hospitality! さらに表示

最喜歡這個住宿的就是地點直接在地鐵站出口，對面就是通天閣，附近還有很多餐館與24小時超市，很高的CP值。 さらに表示
我不知道这家民宿的好评价是如何来的，我也是根据这个评价订购的。但这是我在日本15天的住宿中最差劲的一家！首先洗手间和洗澡房非常小，网页上的客房图片是特意拍的角度，实际上连转身位都不够。其次，房间非常陈旧破烂，不通风！洗手间的味道和厨房共用了。然后是下午4点才能入住，上午10点必须走人，其他民宿是11-12点退房！最后是客服没有应有的服务，什么都没有，住两晚连毛巾都没有，还发信催你走人。除了位置好之外，没有其他好的地方。价格也不便宜。这是专门坑中国人的民宿，也是我住过最差劲的民宿，没有之一！希望想订这家民宿的中国人多看看这条评价，避免留下不愉快的旅途。 さらに表示
