大通りから１本入ったところなので、静かでしたが、廊下での話し声や足音などは部屋までかなり聞こえました。場所は駅から近く、わかりやすかったです。 さらに表示

チェックインの際、何の説明もなく予約時のルームカテゴリーと相違する部屋にアサインされました。
スタッフがルーム呼称を認識していなかったことが原因でした。
その際のスタッフ対応が最低で、無駄な時間と労力を使う事になり、大変つかれました。 さらに表示
六本木とはいえ… バスタブも無いトイレに加えて、ラゲッジの移動もままならない狭い部屋の値段としては高過ぎる！ さらに表示

要らないとドアに貼る意味がないですよね？？
最後に無くならないはずの忘れ物が出て来ません

事前に誕生日での利用と伝えたところ、無料でお部屋のアップグレードをして頂き、たいへん思い出に残る時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

When you open the door to walk in you have to stop because the bed is right there. the bathroom shower requires you to hold your arms down just to turn. The room was so small you could only sit on one side of the bed, the other 3 sides were tight to the walls. They have 2 english TV channels only. This hotel doesn’t understand that they are in the party district. If you pay for a single room that can fit 2 people, go out to party in roppongi at night, meet someone that comes back to hotel with you the hotel staff won’t let the two of you in. Neither my guest or myself have experienced such rudeness in years living in japan. Safe to say my guest was beyond embarrassed and ended the evening prematurely. I would never stay here unless you are above the age of 50. Plus the hallways and rooms smell like sewage. さらに表示

Enjoyed the hotel but 1st floor layout is weird and unsettling. recommend booking higher floor as my room was gloomy and the corridor is weird. unlike other places I've stayed, having a girl stay over a few nights will incur the staff chasing and calling you out on not being a solo traveller and force you to pay a surcharge. they are also militant about prompt checkout and will force you to pay extra for sure. didn't enjoy the service experience here but hotel was nice overall. さらに表示

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, very clean, surrounded with restaurants, pubs, shopping and night life. The only strange thing that they are charging 1000 Yen for each extra hour after 10 am at departure day. It is too early time for departure. Pros: Room was clean, up to date modern equipment, air condition was cold, close to night life. 5 minute walk. Lawsons and Family Mart right outside hotel.
Cons: Room was small; A big luggage would not be able to fit. Can fit 2 ppl on that double sized bed. restroom was small but standard in japan.

Newly opened in the same week we booked, modern reception other than lack of stair free access at the front. Smaller room than the previous small room budget Tokyo hotel we came from which to give you an idea, there was no room between the desk and chair and the bed. We could only open one large suitcase at a time and when opened, the door would smash into it. Hey ho, I'm getting used to micro room living.
