非常に満足
食事無しのプランで利用しました。 霧島山が綺麗に見えるお部屋でした。 新しくはありませんが、掃除もできていて快適でした。 部屋の冷蔵庫は無料で使用できて、すごく冷えます。 接客は年配のマネージャーみたいな方でしたが、とても礼儀正しくて良かったです。 さらに表示

事前に懐石料理を予約したいと電話で問い合わせ際、いまは懐石料理のレストランがクローズになっているとホテルを予約した後に言われた。 キャンセル出来ないので行ってみると、、フロントでは、「懐石料理は事前予約できる。電話で対応した従業員が間違えた」と言われた。。 そして温泉の脱衣場は髪の毛だらけで気持ち悪かった。多少は仕方ないが、清掃を常に回ってない。汚すぎ。 従業員もフロントはとても良かったが、食堂担当は愛想がなく、忙しいアピールがひどかった。 さらに表示

すごく良い
一人あたり5,000円程度なので、狭小ビジネスホテルに泊まるよりはいいかなくらいな気持ちで利用しました。 建物は古く、内装も設備もくたびれたところは見られます。しかし清掃は行き届いており、不快感はありません。大浴場は広々していて泉質（単純泉）もやさしい感じでよかったです。 団体客が多いせいか、廊下などでの声が部屋に届きやかましいです。ホテル側は注意を促していますので、これはお客の意識の問題ですが。 あと、周りに何もないので食事に困ります。ホテルのレストランは利用しませんでしたが、宿泊費に比べると高額なので相当中身が良くないと満足出来ないと思います。 霧島の山々に抱かれて清々しい朝を迎えることが出来たのが何よりです。車があれば空港にも比較的近いので、フライト前日の宿泊にも使えます。 さらに表示

外国人団体客が多くわさわさしていて騒がしい。 温泉内風呂 プールのようで風情なし。 食事 夕食もバフェットで温かいものが少なくあまり美味しくない。 さらに表示

The staff who works in hot spring area - Mrs. R helped me at the large public bath. i was fainted there while I’m not used to stay in hot spring. 最上階の部屋で眺望がよく、部屋の広さも申し分無かったです。 お風呂も広く、気持ちよく過ごせました。 しかし、 AI問い合わせ用サイトのリンクQRコードを読み込んでも、NOTfound。 施設利用のガイドブックも机の中から見つけられませんでした。 また、前の宿泊者のもの？と思われるレシートがテーブル上の茶びつ下から出てきたり。 スイートルーム、というよりは、少し広い普通部屋。という感じだった。 駐車場も不足しているようで、枠内に停められず、路肩に駐車した。 さらに表示

The location is close to Kagoshima Airport, just around 30 minute traveling time. This hotel provide a good environment for relaxing with friends and family. The indoor and outdoor spring refreshes us. The food both dinner and breakfast taste good. A famous farm is so close that can get there on foot in 5 minute. The room is big enough for staying with 3 people and still have room for two sofa which provide an area for networking. さらに表示

A nice resort hotel, plenty of free parking spaces, sizable lobby, the outdoor hot spring surrounded by trees, creates an intoxicating atmosphere. Room is clean and spacious, bath room is made of prefabricated components, relatively small comparing to the large room. Breakfast is outstanding, a plenteous choice of food. さらに表示

Nice, tidy and big room for a group of friends to stay! Super friendly and helpful staffs. But the downside is the location is too remote and you can only get there by taxi. No shops or convenience stores nearby. さらに表示

Hotel has definitely seen better days and could do with some renovation work. The room carpet looks stained but it is still comfortable nonetheless. The hotspring bath is the highlight of our stay, after a long drive there from Miyazaki. Nothing much to do around the hotel and we chose this hotel as we were on our way to Ibusuki. Wanted to play golf the next day but too bad it was raining. Parking is free. The Japanese style breakfast has a good spread. さらに表示

The hotel is very recommendable. It is a litle remote hidedn in the mountains near a beautiful lake. But be aware, the distance to the airport is quite far. Therefore, it is not recommended if you have to go back and forth for business さらに表示

すごく良い
It is not right at the busiest section of Kirishima and yet (by car in our case) it is only minutes away from all the main attractions. Being very quiet in the surrounding was what we enjoyed the most. The room was quite spacious and has a good view of the outside scenery. The in-house onsen is excellent. さらに表示

When I ask about the transportation to airport, they don't even know how and don't have bus or JR timetable in hand. And told me their guests normal travelled by car. This is too ridiculous for an establishment which runs for so many years. さらに表示
