お堀の前に建ち、秋田駅や観光名所も徒歩圏内で便利なホテル。なによりホテルのスタッフがきちんとしていて、心地よい時間を過ごせました。空港リムジンバスの停留所が目の前にあるのも助かりました。朝食ブッフェは種類が豊富とはいえませんが、稲庭うどんや横手やきそばなどの郷土料理やホテルオリジナルカレー、シェフが目の前で作ってくれるオムレツもありました。ホテルメイドのパンもおいしかったです。 さらに表示

My daughter and I found Akita Castle Hotel and restful haven at the end of our Akita explorations- the large room very comfortable and clean, lots of amenities, and a fantastic shower.
The breakfast buffet had wide array of both Japanese and Western fare, and the staff is top notch.

I think the hotel is the greatest in Akita based on the price, location, and services. Staffs are very nice and help, especially the lady who helps me check-in (regret not to pay attention to her name.) The hotel is spacious, new, and clean. It is located at the city centre with lake view, shops and restaurants are arounded. On the night of my stay, there was fireworks festival, and the event was just held in front of the hotel!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Akita. さらに表示

The first day I got there I needed to connect to the Internet. I was having trouble doing so. We tried many things and found out it was that particular room that had a problem with the wireless Internet. So they changed rooms for me to fix the problem. さらに表示
