I was most impressed with the staff. They were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly and spoke English very well. The lodge was very charming and cozy. It felt very homey as well. さらに表示

We stayed at Alpine Central for 4 nights. Jenna and Rhys were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived late and Rhys came to pick us up from Kutchan station even though it’s after his working hours. He even sent us to the convenience store as all the restaurants were closed. Accommodation was cozy and there was a communal washing machine. The lounge was a good way to meet other guests. The hosts were very helpful in providing tips and information on where to eat and the best places to ski. We will definitely stay there again for our next trip. さらに表示

We stayed at Alpine Central for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The room is clean and sufficient for the 5 of us. My kids enjoyed the loft very much. We especially enjoyed lounging in the living room after dinner. The hosts were very warm and helpful throughout our stay. Convenient shuttle bus with a stop nearby and about 10 to 15 minutes walk to shops/restaurants. It was a very enjoyable stay and we hope to return soon. さらに表示
