すごく良い
デラックスルームでの利用。 ベットの広さや過ごしやすさではとてもよ かったです。 折りたたみ椅子も用意されており2人だったので2つあり助かりました。2人以上で宿泊の場合は机がないためご飯を置く等困るかもしれません。 ご飯を食べるテーブルがないので椅子の上にお盆を敷いてテーブル代わりにしました。折りたたみのテーブルがあれば尚よかったです。 レビューをしっかりとよんでいたので歯ブラシは持参してましたが共有スペースに歯ブラシの準備は一本しかありませんでした。足音とかは多少ありますが声などは聞こえないのであまり気になりません。 フロントにスタッフは在住してませんがWi-Fiや電子機器の使い方など詳しく説明書きされててわかりやすかったです。 さらに表示

スタッフさんがとてもフレンドリーでした。お部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。ただ、支払うつもりのカードが使えなかったこと、朝ごはん用のパンに塗るジャムやクリーム等が共用の為、汚かったこと(使用した人のモラルですが)が残念でした。 さらに表示

It's good value and accessible to the city center, yet a quiet neighborhood. The amenities (kitchen, towel, etc.) are excellent and also accessible to restaurants and groceries. Will consider staying again in future trips to Kyoto. さらに表示

It’s not that far from Emmachi station. Compare to train station it’s closer to the bus stop. If you take your time to plan your trip by bus here is the good one. In front of the place you will find an automatic machine to buy a drink. The con for us is we booked for 4 persons but we have everything in room for 3. Apart from this it’s a good place to stay and would recommend. さらに表示

The a&m house enmachi is very comfortable place to live , it has bus stop nearby which can go to famous place . it will take around 10 mins walk to the house after get off JR station enmachi . But one thing I would like to mention , the house use self check in & out , I did not see the staff during the 3 days which I lived there , it was a little inconvenience as I can not ask for replacement of cover or additional pillow....but overall I feel good in this place.. さらに表示

Pros: easy to find from train station Emmachi. Coffee machine and drinking water provided for free. Convenient for washing and drying clothes. Kitchen has all equipment and instructions are well informed. Cons: no iron and ironing board provided. さらに表示

We booked a room with two queen size mattress, the space is small, just enough to open one big and one small suitcases. The location is not so good and not near any convenience stores - it is about 10-15mins walking from Emmachi station but the price is cheap. this is a self check in unit so i didnt see any staff during my 2nights stay. However, if you buy the one day unlimited bus ticket (600yen per day), it is easier to take the bus to various attractions than taking train. さらに表示

I have stayed two nights with my partner and we both felt very comfy and at home. beds were so comfortable and all your needs were well thought out by the owners. a little walk needed for bus stops, train station and shops however we didn't mind at all. We will highly recommend to our friends when they visit Kyoto. Thank you very much さらに表示

The accommodation is located within a walking distance, about 5-7 minutes, from JR Emmachi station. There is convenient store (7-11) located not far from the accommodation. The room itself is well-equipped, very cosy and clean. What we love the most about this accommodation is staffs and their services. They are so kind, very helpful and friendly. Also, they have breakfast provided. The only disadvantage is soundproof. We could hear footsteps and noises from a room above us all night. Staffs may acknowledge this and prepared some earplugs in the room. さらに表示

We had a late check in but the staff made sure that we will be comfortable once we arrive at the unit. Self check in was smooth and they even put in an effort to provide a tour plan! Drinks and a light breakfast is provided, which makes their service different and special! Definitely highly recommendable to everyone visiting Kyoto. :) さらに表示

The unit had all the necessity for me ie washing machine, stove and fridge. Alica is a superb host. She gave clear instructions on the unit and even gave me a congratulations note and chocolates knowing that it was my anniversary. さらに表示

Service is excellence, small apartment but full of all nescessary things for us. Our family enjoys cooking and eating JP food on the rainy day,value for money, recommended for family who like to stay and touch the way of life of real Japanese people. Here you can walk to Nijo castle or walk a little to bus stop. There are supermarket and Lawson 100 yen around this apartment. さらに表示

A family-run guesthouse, the owners are able to recommend the best ways to see the sights in Kyoto as well as transportation options. To find the guesthouse just follow the JR train track heading to Nijo station from Enmachi station. さらに表示
