他のホテルと比べて、客室が広く、荷物を置く場所があり、デスクが大きい。
ドライヤーは、型が新しくトレンドのタイプ、バスルームは広い。

駅まで徒歩10分程度。
なんせ部屋もロビーも綺麗です。
すぐ回りには繁華街ではないですが、そんなに悪い場所ではないです。
是非お勧めします。

持って行ったＰＣをＬＡＮケーブルで使おうとしたのですが、何故か使えず、確認後翌日の部屋を変えてもらいました。
その時何人かに対応してもらいましたが、対応は良かったです。
そこもつながらなかったののです。１年前はつながったのに。

そのかわりに、夜はとても静かでゆっくり眠ることができました。

短所にも書きましたが、とにかくチェックインしてから２時間くらいは寒くて大変でした。
寝るときも、寒くて毛布を借りようとフロントへ電話したら、全て貸し出してるとのこと。やはり、皆さん同じ寒い思いをしていたのだと思う。

I can more than recommend this hotel.
It is close to central station, and you are in the middle of where the things happen.
The staff was kind, smooth checkin and they took care of my baggage and there was no fuss about it.
The facility is very clean. The only thing I wish they had is hotel onsen or a Spa/relax facility.

Easy to find from station , not far to walk with suitcases , plenty of food choices around here and 7-11 and other small supermarket. Car park down the road if needed and near buy. Nippon car rental on corner before hotel also. Lots of places to travel to from this location easy enough. Front desk helpful . Easy check in and out. Internet great. Pillows were great and soft, we asked for extra, bed Comfy enough. For 3 adults not too small but not huge but you are not in your room long any way. Plenty hot water for showers, no water in our room but tea making in room available . Shampoo conditioner and body wash all large pump packs, toothbrushes combs razors .

I stayed in a discounted "Double King" room and loved it. The hotel room was very clean, and had modern-looking, stylish and comfortable linens.
There was parking available in the hotel but at an additional fee of ~1100 yen for the night. I'm not sure what the rates are for a longer stay. However, this rate is consistent with the rates offered by the private parking lots nearby.
Unfortunately they only allow you to use the parking area while you are a guest, so after check-out you will have to find a new place to park. There are several next door.
Japanese hotels tend to run on the small side, and although this room was larger than most it was no exception. The bed took up roughly half the room, although there was still plenty of space for a couple to put bags, clothes, etc. The TV was not huge, but larger than most I've seen in Japanese hotels.
Overall the hotel itself was a very nice place to stay.
It's located a few blocks from the main Sendai train station (and bus stops) as well as the shopping areas, so it's very convenient for everything Sendai has to offer. さらに表示

Overall, it was quite a good hotel; but like most hotels in Japan, the room was small, especially for 3 people in it. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
It's quite near the Sendai station, around 10 minutes or so walking distance, from the East exit. On the way, there's a Yodobashi just opposite the station.

The staff was very rude and impolite and cancelled from providing room with a big bed , had to live in a room with 2 beds , staff was not helpful , breakfast was disgusting さらに表示
