今回はじめて利用しました。 一人旅で到着、出発を時間を気にせずできたのは◎ 朝4時に起きたらすぐに出発なんて、気ままな気ままなこともできました 受付のお姉さんは愛嬌があって可愛らしいし、自転車を止めるところも機転を利かせて対応していただきました(助かりました)。 近くにスーパーがあったので、夜の晩酌も安く押さえられました。ホッピー通り近かったのですが、一人だしごちゃごちゃしていて・・・。 一緒に泊まっていた人はほとんどが外国人でした。英語が話せないので不安でしたが、あまり交流はなく、一緒に来ている連れ同士でみんなそれぞれで楽しんでいたので、良かった～(*^ー^)ノ♪ シャワーも綺麗で混まずに使えました。2泊しましたが、１日目の同室の女性客が夜中扉をドタンバタン閉める音や居室内のシャワーを使ったり、荷物をがさごそうるさくて、寝れませんでした( ノД`)… でもこれってホテルのせいではないので、運が悪かったと思い我慢しました。 寝るとこ箱形になっているので、クーラーかけててもカーテン閉めると、熱がこもって寝苦しく、結局カーテン全開で寝ました(笑) それでも立地、値段、清潔さ、スタッフの対応など引っくるめると、大満足！ また機会があれば使わせていただきます。 さらに表示

スタッフさんも丁寧な説明で分かりやすく、設備も一階のラウンジには電子レンジやキッチン、冷蔵庫もありました。荷物も鍵をつけておいて置けたので安心です。ドミトリー部屋に入るのにも鍵が必要なので、セキュリティもしっかりしてると思いました！ベッドも広く、シャワーやトイレも綺麗でした さらに表示

Stayed for a total of 6 nights. It was definitely one of the best hostels i’ve ever stayed at and would come back any time. The dormitory that I stayed in had it’s own shared shower in the room and a balcony! The hostel is however located a little 15 min walk from a metro station - but I didn’t mind the exercise さらに表示

A simple thing as a warm welcome can make you feel as if you have arrive and that you’re in the right place. I knew this as soon as the door opened and I was greeted. Check in was fairly easy and the room was neat. I do have to say that my capsule smelled a little like a wet dog which I either got used to or my perfume was able to mask the smell during my stay there. We stayed in the dormitory room. The total of 4 of us were able to make it work with all of our luggage. There were times where we had to finesse our movements about the room but thankfully it was done without complaints. I wouldn’t know how this would work for a solo traveler if unused to sharing space with strangers but my stay was with 3 of my siblings. I would one hundred percent recommend this hostel to all traveler in that the staff are super friendly in a way that was never forced and its accessibility to the sensoji shrine. さらに表示

located at quiet area, we arrived past midnight almost 1am, i requested for late check out cause it was impossible for us to wake up early after all the rush and hustle during the day, we waited for approval as if we did something wrong, we got the approval anyway. In the morning, the housekeeper knocked our door in our sleep and open the door, we were quite shock, and they acted like as if we did something wrong again, i explained so hard to make them understand that we'll be check out bit later, and they went without apologize, sometime later, they knocked again .... i was like, did you guys communicate with each other? how come the staff didn't know anything? I open the door just to hear : "ok, i confirmed with person in charge that you check out 1pm, but please no more later than 1pm! " it was rude. We felt very unpleasant, and don't feel like staying any longer, we washed our face roughly and checked out on 12pm. And note that there's no towel anywhere not even a small one like any budget hostel will provide, no hanger inside the bathroom, hair dryer placed casually inside the basket on the floor. Toilet was smelly. The key (smartphone) was broken, and i reckoned that you can't control your own privacy, cause they can unlock your door anytime using the same system. I don't like that. I figured it's a new hotel, but consider that there's not too many room to keep up with in one building, conversations between co-workers should be fine, but no, it seemed that they didn't talked with each other about customer's need. Despite the high rating, i just didn't feel any hospitality in terms of the way they treated us and lack of facilities. Please improve your service attitude and be professional. A little goes a long way. I've been to Japan many times, i understand how they work things out but this was the first time i felt so unpleasant about accommodation. さらに表示

This hostel is in a league all of its own, good variety of rooms, double,dorm and twin. Clean and cosy, good facilities all round. You can wash clothes, any there are some food available at the bar.. Plus reasonable priced drinks. But most of all the staff, really kind accommodating and fun as well as efficient. Would expectedly like to mention Ryuji!! Was shocked when I opened the room door for the first time, there is NO walking space around the bed at all. Whatever pictures you saw on the website, that's it, literally. Can only put one luggage upright, unable to open the luggage on the floor. Once you open the door, you need to get on the bed already. Location is central, but need at least 15 mins - 20 mins from the metro station. Bathroom is clean and there's hot shower. Will not recommend to group or even couples, if solo I guess should be okay. さらに表示

The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us (private bunk-bed room), and we loved that each room was equipped with an air purifier. The smell of wood from the bunk bed was heavily noticeable, but only because the rooms were pretty new. The staff that checked us in was quite friendly, she helped us with any questions we had and cheerfully greeted us whenever we left or returned to the hotel. The staff we met checking out was the complete opposite and could not have been any more unfriendly. Not only did he not even address us or looked at us whenever we asked him anything, but he was also very fond of providing impolite and one-word answers such as Yes, No or True (?). As he seemed to be sort of a manager and was working on his excel sheets at the time, we got even more concerned because we believe managers are supposed to understand how to treat their customers better than any of their employees. We stayed for 3 nights at double room IoT. The room is small but enough for two if us. The facility inside the room and at the shared bathroom was also minimum but sufficient for us. They have a cozy communal space, kitchen and laundry room which for us is quite comfort. We can cook and storage our foods/drinks in their refrigerator. The staff are helpful and friendly, they always making sure that we are getting what we need during the stay. さらに表示

We liked it fine, but the location took a second to adjust to. Everything was new and nice, and the staff were doing a good job. What I didn't like was that it took a lot of time to find. I googled the hotel many times before I realized that there are THREE And Hostels, and that they are all in Asakusa in proximity of each other, and that I had to memorize part of the address of this one (3 Chome) to get it on the google map. We use hostels and sometimes find that others have games and/or freebie drinks. This one no games, just water. No major issues though and I wish them well. さらに表示
