リーズナブルな宿泊料金で、設備も整っており、お部屋もとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
出来れば、テレビ ラジオ番組など視聴出来れば良かったです。

24H使えるダイニングに
インスタ珈琲、紅茶、砂糖、フレッシュ、レンジ、が有ります。
綺麗で広い部屋、静かです。布団も快適です。

深夜に使ったら、別の宿泊者に申し訳ないので、
仕方なくシャワーを断念しました。
ランドリースペースなど、深夜に騒音を出しても問題ないエリアに、
ドライヤーを置いてほしいと感じました。

一人旅でしたのでドミトリーに宿泊しました。ドミトリーの部屋内にトイレ、シャワー室、洗面所が各１つづありました。6人部屋でしたがかなり狭くその各音に不快感を感じました。夜中のドライヤーで起こされました。施設内は清潔でしたのでドミトリーでなければ心地よい宿泊が出来たのかもしれません。次回利用するのなら個室を選びたいと思います。 さらに表示

I will try to keep it short and sweet. It is a fairly newish place, it is a renovated building. It would be better if you reserved a private room rather than the very narrow and cramped dormitory. (Photos are not accurate unfortunately)
However, main issue was communication with front desk staff. There are 1-2 people with good English skills, but it was almost impossible for 2 staff members to understand simple and slowly spoken English. I had to slowly repeat my complaint and request several times. Sadly clear communication is key in business and for a good stay. さらに表示

For everyone traveling solo or with friends &And Hostel Shinsaibashi East is perfect for you and your friends or family. The location is very accessible and near to train stations. Also, there is a Family Mart just around the corner and few blocks away from the Local Supermarket. Staffs are really friendly and they have a really clean room. I also just want to commend the kitchen area. I love the idea that you are allowed to cook your own food there. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Osaka. さらに表示

One of my favorite things during our Japan visit is the place we stayed in. Although the room is small, it is clean and efficient. They have almost complete facilities and the staffs are friendly.
There is a Family Mart beside this hostel so no worries for late night or early morning snacks. We checked in with no problem and the check out process is so easy. Although you have to inform them if you will check in after 11pm and pay the late in fee which is okay.

First time staying here. It was about 10 minutes walk to the nearest station. Very clean, new building. Family mart open 24hr just next door. Very quiet neighbourhood, very spacey room space for Japan standard. Bathroom very clean. Used the laundry coin, very convenient.
Alhough, the doors are quite thin, so some noise can be heard from outside, vice versa.
Kitchen & communal area is also spacey & well facilitated.
Staff are english-speaking & very friendly & helpful.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay here. Would totally recommend to stay here. さらに表示
