今回は一人部屋に泊まった。チェックインの時の対応はとても良かった。 ただ、スーツケースで来る人は注意が必要。今回は一人部屋でとても快適に過ごせたが、最上階だったものでエレベーターはない。バックパッカーのようなザックだったら楽だがスーツケースで重いものは避けた方が良いかと。 仕方がない部分もあるがトイレは各階にあるがシャワーは1階と3階にしかないのでタイミング合わないといつまでも利用できない可能性もある。近場に銭湯らしきところもあるからそこを利用するという手もあるかな？ 駅にはそこまで遠くもなく、都心に近いけど喧噪からは離れてたので良かったと思う。 さらに表示

駅から近く、何より銭湯が近くにあるのが大きな魅力でした。 スタッフの方はとても親切に的確なアドバイスをくださいました。 残念なのはエレベーターがない事です。スーツケースを持って４階の部屋へ上げ下ろしするのはなかなか大変でした。そういう意味では足が悪い方、ご高齢の方にはオススメできませんが、それ以外は何も問題ありませんでした。 東京に一人で行く時にはまた利用したいです。 さらに表示

10-15 minutes to Ueno station. No Elevator!! You may get the 5th floor if you check in late. But you can ask for lower floor if it still available. Near very good 24 hr. supermarket around conner. There are 3 bathrooms in building, 2 on dirst floor and 1 on third floor but they also provide toilet on every floor. English speaking staff. さらに表示

A fantastic and homey stay! The hostel is located in a quiet and peaceful town, near the Inaricho metro station. It also takes 15 mins to reach the busy Ueno station. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Would be nice if there are more shower rooms to shorten the waiting time. さらに表示

I liked the design of the hostel, very modern and quaint at the same time. Towels weren't provided unfortunately, but that was still acceptable. Hostel was also a few minutes walk away from Ueno station. I also wanted to make a reservation with a Japanese restaurant but didn't have a Japanese mobile number. We had a great time staying at &Euno during last spring season at 11 Deg Celsius. I was travelling with a family member - I stayed there for 4 consecutive nights while my companion extended for another 3 nights. Breakfast is not part of the package, but that's ok as we brought our own anyway. But if you insist, they do offer free coffee/tea only. Cleanliness is always a priority here. Nice cozy room with white linen sheets with green curtains making the room more relaxing. We stayed in a room with 4 bunk beds. The room is quite small - you can hear someone staying from the other beds (in a 4-mixed room) but that's fine given our budget. Place is like 7-12 minutes walk from Ueno Station. You can see the Tokyo tower from here too. And if you want you can rent bike from them too for a fee. The area is pretty quiet. I enjoyed my stayed there. The location is good 10-15 min walking to Ueno station and Asakusa station, so you have many things to see/do around. The only thing I didn't like is to not have elevator... I was in the 5F and the host was really nice to help me out with my luggage though. I appreciated that. And the internet is good. さらに表示

This hostel is very clean with really comfortable beds. Brand new bathrooms. Just a four block walk to the Ueno Train Station and park, making it handy for transport anywhere in Tokyo. The neighborhood street is very quiet at night. さらに表示

Located in Ueno, it's not really near any night life areas, so it is perfect for those who prefer a little quietness at night. It is only a 5 minute walk from the Inaricho train station, giving easy access to Asakusa and Ginza. You can also walk to Ueno Park in the morning, about less than 15 minutes away on foot. Great place to see Sakura bloom. Hostel did not have an elevator, so lugging our huge backpacks up to the 5th floor was a little daunting. Other than that, it is a cozy and convenient hostel. さらに表示

Hostels need improvement. Room need to tidy up. Sandals shuld not allowed into up stairs. Different shoes for toilets. Shower room at 3rd floor need to clean up, there is fungus at door inside, outflow clog with hair and never services since i was there. Radio turn of high volume while people having dinner. Staff should more polite, friendly and not too plastic face. Staff or other tenants should not approaching other people room and plz pay respect other people by not simply turn off the light while we pack our begs. More sandals outside hotels to ease people to buy drink from vending machine. Heater shuld be install at corridor at least to make more warmer. さらに表示

I had contacted them for confirmation whether they have elevator or not but no reply. And when I checked in I found out that they don't have elevator. Poor me that bringing big luggage, I have to drag my luggage to 3rd floor. The shower room in 3rd floor was a mess. Black spots everywhere and the shower door is broken. Please note that they only have 3 shower rooms. 2 on the lobby, and 1 on the 3rd floor. Also the receptionist (male, 20-ish, eating pasta most of the evening) is not warm and nice. I don't need to be treated as king but simple smile to your guest would be sufficient. He is your hostel face in front of the guest. He could've done better. さらに表示

We had an issue during the first day. Reason being we had a late flight and arrived a little after midnight. We left a request during the booking of this place that we are going to arrive late but no one was at the reception. We didn't manage to check in and there was no emergency contact, so for those who are arriving after 11pm do call them up to double check.
