this hotel is very near the train station and is cheap. However, you might have some challenges with the staff if you don't know how to speak Japanese as most don't know or understand English. Also, if you are accustomed to having air conditioning in your rooms, prepare to NOT have cold air conditioning if you go during the winter season as the air conditioning system is centralized and they turn on the heater during the winter season. it will get too hot in the room. さらに表示

Pro : 1. Staff are very helpful. 2. There is a cashless convenient store in lobby that come together with a microwave which is very helpful. 3. Location is right in front of the station (although the station itself is quite a distance to Tokyo center) but given the price, it's definitely worth all the money. 4. Location may be far from city centre but with Japan's efficient and awesome train systems, it seems so near! It is located very near the East Exit of Ayase-Ekimae station of Chiyoda Subway Line. The neighborhood has a lot of affordable eats (Matsunoya, Yoshinoya, KFC, Burger King), a grocery store, a coffee place, and at least 5 convenience stores. The room is okay and is very clean. The room gets too humid in the evening though and sometimes it seems the heater in the room is overly active. But it's tolerable. The comfort room is very clean with tub, water heater, shower, and automatic bowl system. There are slippers provided too. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The checkout is also seamless, you just need to drop off the key card in the slot at the ground floor and you are good to go. I will definitely come back to this place in my next travel to Japan. さらに表示

Our stay with APA Hotel Ayase Ekimae was one of the highlight of our recent trip to Tokyo, Japan. It has a nice view of Adachi plus it's very very near the Ayase Station. In fact you can clearly see the station from where are room were. Comfy large bed, very clean room. The size is just right for us, we're a couple. I like the part where they have the shampoo, conditioner and body soap in large containers rather than using single use plastic, very earth friendly. If ever we go to Japan again I would still prefer an APA hotel :) さらに表示
