今回、夜に到着、翌朝早朝の出発でした。到着した部屋に折鶴が置いてあり子供がとても喜びました。そして、子供が歯ブラシと歯磨き粉を喜んで使っていました。帰りはキーをロビーに備え付けのboxに入れるだけなので簡単出発出来ました。 さらに表示

The front office staff was helpful, able to converse in english and suggested good restaurant for dining. It is near to the city main train station and there is a connecting bus to Takachiho Gorge that is convieniant for those travelling by public transport. さらに表示

The male staff simply rejected every request and claimed "No, that's it." repeatedly, without apology. His attitude was unacceptable. We found something missing in our room, but failed to get back when we asked him, until there was another female staff heard that we were planing to complain them. The room was smelly, and we were advised that the hotel was completely full so they could not change the room for us. The staff and management were horrible. さらに表示
