APAホテルは有名で以前から泊まってみたいと思っていましたが、意外に高めの料金設定なので個人でも会社の出張でも泊ったことはありませんでしたが、偶然某サイトで非常に安い価格で見つけたので思い切って泊まってみました。ホテル自体最近できたのでしょうか、非常にきれいで、特に部屋の大型テレビが良かったです（BBCの英語放送もよかった）。残念だったのはネット環境は良かったものの、電話の電波が常に１つか２つしかたたなかったので、電話をされる場合はもしかしたら通話状態が良くないかもしれません。 さらに表示

全体的に清潔感があり、フロントの方もとても親切で気持ちよくチェックイン出来ました。
お部屋はコンパクトでしたが、壁紙がオシャレで室内は白で統一されていた為、清潔感があり、とても素敵なお部屋でした。

ベッドのサイズが大きめのを事前にお願いしたのですが、サイズは大きかったけどマットレスが変で寝心地は最悪おまけに次の日はダニによる健康被害まででる始末。 さらに表示

オープンして間もないという事もあるのでしょうが、客室はサイズは別にして清潔で心地良く、照明の明るさ、充実した備品と大変満足してます。部屋で書類に目を通したりするにも照明の明るさでまったく不自由なく、また朝食も満足のいく品揃えでした。スタッフもいつも笑顔で対応してくれ、これまで利用した同系列の施設の中でトップクラスだと感じました。 さらに表示

新しいので、とても綺麗なホテルでした。
連泊の場合、掃除不要でしたら、部屋に誰も入ることなく、ドアのところに、タオルなどと、ペットボトルが置いてあります。
ベットの高さだけが、狭い部屋でもベット下にものが置けるようにしてあるため、高いので、年配の方や子連れには大変かもしれません。

料金は相場通り。
ロケーションは便利。地下鉄御堂筋線・堺筋線に近い。
清潔さは、出来たばかりということもあり、問題なし。
スタッフは、いまいち。チェックイン時の意味不明なモニターでの入力作業を宿泊者にさせる。
リピーターは楽だろうが、初見だととまどうし、はっきりって面倒。ホテル側でやってくれと言いたい。
その時のスタッフの対欧もいまいち。私は海外在住だが、海外在住の人用の入力システムになっていない。外人が多いホテルなのに、どうやって切り盛りしているのか不明。
設備は、ベットが柔らかすぎる。腰を痛めてしまい、その後一週間治らなかった。
これは致命的なので、二度と泊まることはない。
客室に社長の本が置いてあり、宗教色がしてきもちわるかった。あんなの誰が読むのでしょうか。

Worth every yen. The room is always clean. They clean our room every single day. They do refill the toiletries everyday. Walking distance to kitahama station. Has a nearby supermarket, convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Loved the quality of their bed. And the strong water supply in the room.

Very modern, clean and new hotel. Rooms are small (do not forget that we are in Japan though) however if you do not plan to spend a lot of time there I do not see a big problem. The bed is good, however pillows are horrible (small and very hard). I asked for traditional soft pillows, however they were not provided. This was a problem for me as I could not sleep properly. Also power adapters were not available (even thought I sked for them during 3 days, the hotel did not take any steps to buy - which I think was not expensive and difficult to do, however could improve level of satisfaction of their guests). I have always stayed with APA hotel whenever I am in Japan. I love the concept of going green.
What I like about APA is the temperature of the shower can be adjusted very easily with just one knob. There is even labels with colors to indicate how much do u want to change for the temperature.
The negative points for this hotel was the pillow. It is really hard.
The location of the hotel can not be found on google map app only if you are within the range of the hotel.
The location of the hotel is also pretty far from the station, ~ 8-10mins walk to yodoyabashi station or kitahama station. Usually yodoyabashi station will be more useful as the train goes to shin-osaka.
Trains at kitahama station is only useful when you are planning to go shinsaibashi or for dotonburi.
Anyway, I will still come back for APA in japan.

Cheaper than other APA closer to the hottest shopping streets but still close enough to 2 metro stations on 2 different lines. You could walk to the shopping streets (e.g. Shinjai-bashi) if you want in less than 15 mins. Some nice eateries around! さらに表示

It is not like very near the hottest shopping streets, but you could walk there in like 15 mins if you want. I quite like this APA hotel because it's cheaper and near it there are eateries and it's actually close to two metro stations on 2 different lines. さらに表示

Overall is good but still have something to improve. Stayed 2 nights with my fd with very reasonable price. Although it’s new hotel, dust is on the desk and thick with cigarette smoke. But I still recommend this hotel. さらに表示

You cant go wrong with APA hotels, at least not this one.. near subway and walking distance to shopping complex (shinsabashi/namba/umeda). Friendly staff and great facility! さらに表示
