上野駅から行く途中でミスったと思いました。地図で見るより遠いので稲荷町駅勧めます。中は新築で問題無いですが荷物はベッドの下に入れるタイプで部屋は狭めです さらに表示

I can recommend this hotel even though I have a bad experience with their service. they did not really clean our room. We stayed there for 5 nights and they did not even change our bedding's thus it made me think if they also change our towels cause every time we return to our room the towels are folded and the bed are fixed but not changed and somehow the towels has a smell. They didn't refill the free coffee as me and my husband always drink coffee before going out so I need to ask them for coffee. さらに表示

We came back to stay here for second time but the standard cleanness of this time is so different. We found many dusts in the room and the room looks not clean as first time of our stay, so need to improve standard cleanness for every rooms. さらに表示

About 500-600 m from Ueno metro station by walking. The size and cleanness of room is acceptable but there is some dust a bit, the facilities in the room is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. At the reception counter, there is the travel guide book and useful brochures for free. さらに表示

Pros: The hotel is near Ueno Station and a few steps from a 24hr supermarket. The bed was clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available, but bottled water is only provided from the 2nd night of stay.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit crowded. Not enough room to open up 2 medium sized suitcases, but you can store it under the bed.
Conclusion: This hotel is worth the price you are paying for especially considering the location. さらに表示

1. location is short walk to inaricho station - which is along the Ginza line. 1 stop away from Ueno station and accessible to tokyo station and shibuya stations, among others.
2. Rooms are very clean and amenities are well though of for travelers.
