非常に満足
いつもお世話になっている常宿です。中津駅から徒歩５分くらいですが、梅田エリアからも少し距離はありますが、荷物がなければ歩けます。 近くにスーパーやコンビニもあります。有料の自転車レンタルも重宝します。 各階にコイン式の洗濯機と乾燥機があるので、使いたい時に使えました。 Conveniently located. Just 5 min walk from Subway Nakatsu station, if you do no have any luggage, you might be able to walk from Umeda area. There is a supermarket and convenient stores near by. Coin operated Washers/Driers are located on each floor, so could use whenever I wanted to. さらに表示

冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電子ポット、電子コンロ、コインランドリーと長期滞在に必要なものはすべてそろっています。梅田までは徒歩圏内ですが、地下鉄中津駅までは徒歩５分、また、自転車も１００円で借りられて便利です。 No housekeeping included but will have things you need for a long stay such as fridge,microwave, electric pot & stove, coin laundry. You can walk to Umeda area but Subway Nakatsu station is only 5min away, also can rent a bike for 100 yen a day. さらに表示

The room is big (but toilet is small, cant fully open the toilet door due to the wall behind it) but is old & dusty. The room has a strong moldy smell that i used up half a bottle of perfume to cover it. The hall way was dark and eerily, it look like a perfect place to shoot a ghost movie. I stayed in this hotel for seven nights in December 2018-January 2018. Outlined below are some advantages and disadvantages of choosing this hotel over others. On the one hand, this hotel was close to a number of train stations in the area. It was walking distance from and to other establishments (e.g., malls and other small stores). A number of affordable and good restaurants plus convenience/ grocery stores were near the hotel. Although the establishment looked old, it had decent elevator, room facilities, and internet connection. On the other hand, this hotel needs to improve its check-in and out system to avoid confusion and delay for guests who will arrive late. The hotel did not have 24-hour check-in and out desk. Second, the hotel was similar to my experience in a university dormitory, such that, housekeeping service was unavailable. For instance, I have to bring my own trash outside the hotel. As a foreigner, it's very difficult to communicate with the staffs because they only know about Japanese. When I need some help, I ask them for help but we have use translation tools to understand each other, it's waste of time and always misunderstanding, so it's always meanness if you want to ask the staff for help. What's more, the hotel didn't offers supplies for bathing such as shampoo and body milk, you need to buy some from the shops so it's not so convinient for us. さらに表示

I would highly recommend this apartment if you're looking for cheap accommodation nearby train stations and are not fussy about the bells and and whistles a hotel provides (you will be left alone once you checked in). At this price it is second to none in the Umeda area (trust me, i kept looking for months and found this apartment to be of best value :D). The rooms are a little old, but clean, and bigger compared to many other hotels in Japan. Heating worked fine when I was there in the fall (although the kitchen and bathroom areas were not heated, its not a big deal) and we were able to loan a hair dryer and clothes iron for free. Wired internet connection is available FOC in the room, but you need to put down a 3000 yen deposit for a wireless router to connect your devices with (fully refundable upon return - just remember to return the router before 7pm if you need to check out early the next day). Also, no toiletries were provided (but we already knew that) nor towels, although you can rent one at 200 yen each. There is no housekeeping service provided, but I can live with that. Coin washers / dryers are available at each floor too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, although they spoke limited English (it helps if you speak a little Japanese). Do note that the reception is not open 24/7 - do let them know beforehand if you intend to check in later than 8pm. The Nakatsu Subway Station is a mere 5 minutes walk away, and the Umeda / Osaka train stations are about 15-20 minutes' walk away, which is really convenient. All in all, i would recommend this place and intend to stay here again on my next visit :) さらに表示

With such cheap price near the center of Umeda (though around 10-15min walk), you can't ask for more - especially in Japan. Room size is reasonable (compared to others in the country) and no problem with noise isolation unless you open the windows. Though room and furniture looks old, it is still clean. Since it is an apartment, do not expect room service throughout the stay (we stayed for 7 nights - not sure about the change of bedding for longer stay). Also, if you check-in at night time it could be challenging (need to ring them from their phone at the gate) as counter is not opened 24/7 - but not a problem to us as we check-in day time :) Looks like family business - receptionist barely knows English but it is still ok if you are patient enough :) さらに表示

We walk to Umeda station everyday within 10 minutes. The location is quiet and good for group. We like and enjoy the sleeping after finishing the day trip. Too bad it was not mentioned that they won't have toileries supply except two rolls of tissue paper. We arrived at hotel at late night and I bring my own for securuty. Any way, we don't expect too much at such good price. We appreciate the clean and tidy of the room just like in a dorm. さらに表示

Really friendly and helpful staff. Even though my Japanese is not good, there is good information provided in English and the staff are patient with language differences. Proximity to the Midosuji rail line is a bonus, providing access to Shin-Osaka, Umeda, Namba, Ten-noji ... really handy! さらに表示

To be honest the owners are very nice and helpful even though they don't understand and speak English. They tired to help me like give me medicine and a paper fan when I was sick. The room is clean but it would be better if the light is more bright. All in all it is still good enough to stay again when I travel Japan next time. This was a great hotel to stay at. It cost 3000 yen to rent the wifi router for the internet and its refunded when you leave. It has a supermarket really close.There is a great spanish restaurant around the corner called LA CONCHA and i recommend it as they are very friendly and the food and beer are great. There is also a great Hawaii themed coffee shop called Cafe Hills and it was very child friendly and awesome food, if you go there say hi to Aimi and Yuka - try her homemade cup cakes and the Main meal Loco Poco. Some internet sites say that the counter staff are only there for a few hours a day but that is untrue, the staff are there 24hours a day. The staff are very caring and enough ran out into the rain and offered us umbrellas so we wouldnt get wet for free. You even can catch a train to Suma Beach. The room was very clean and the linen was clean also. Yes the bed mattress was a little old but hey it was a great price.Try the coffee from the vending machines. IF you go to Suma beach make sure you try the Okonomiyake near the beach. Its run by a 84 year old lady and her husband and its the BEST okonomiyaki i have ever tasted. it was a small place and all the locals told me about it. The old lady is so sweet and caring. This is my first time using Agoda and i was really worried but there was no need to worry. i paid and it was booked and everything went smoothly - thank you Apartment Sunplaza Rinkai and Agoda.com . すごく良い
Very close from Nakatsu station and 10 mins walk to Umeda. Tha price is so reasonable. Staff cannot speak English well but she trys to use google translate to help us. The room is clean but have to pay a little bit for towel and tioletries. All is good and I will recomand to my friends staying here. さらに表示
