福岡空港から朝出発だったので、念のために前泊しました。 中学生の娘と二人だったので、狭くてもまあ許容範囲でしたが、大人二人なら圧迫感があるかもしれません。 驚いたのは元はマンションだったのでしょうか？部屋のドアを開けるとすぐに外。特に問題があるわけではありませんが。 駅からはちょっと歩きますが、駅前すぐよりはお値段も安めなので仕方ないかと。 アメニティもフロントに置いてあるのをもらうシステムです。清潔感はあるので、お安ければまた利用すると思います。 さらに表示

値段もお手頃、部屋の鏡やトイレ等の水周りはすごくキレイでした。 そしてお風呂のカーテンは円形になっており他のホテルよりも広く感じた。よく考えられてると感じました。 夏に博多駅まで歩くにはとても暑いが、タクシーを使う程の距離でもない。 アメニティも夏ならではの物があり とても良かったです！ アメニティコーナーに小さなうちわも準備してあれば、もし歩いて行く人にはとても喜ばれると思います。 全体的に不満もなくコスト的にはとてもいいホテルだと思います！ さらに表示

朝から荷物を預かっていただき、博多の街を満喫したあと ヤフオクドームでナイター野球観戦後の遅いチェックインになりましたが特に問題なく、快く受付して下さいました。 また、猛暑の中ホテルに戻り、夏用シャンプーが置いてあり、ベタベタ汗もとてもスッキリ！ 心地良く過ごさせて頂きました。 翌日もチェックアウトもゆっくりでバタバタすることなく良かったです。 また、利用したいです。 さらに表示

About 10 min walk from hakata station if you don't have big strides. Easy walk without luggage. Bathroom is spacious for type B room. Not your typical Japanese bathtub and sink. It is more western in style. さらに表示

This seems like a newly renovated hotel and if you are looking at the options in Hakata station area, this is ok if you want a slightly bigger room than ordinary Japan business hotel size. It’s a 5 min walk from the station so it’s relatively more quiet than the ones that are way too close to the rails. However, it is not the cleanest hotel (I see stains on the floor and a bit of hair/fur on my bedsheet) and it does not offer much facilities. For its price, I’d say I was expecting more. it's a brandnew hotel with nice breakfast but the location is too far from Hakata station, 10 mins walk... such a very tired walk with big luggages to carry on. The average hotel price in hakata or tenjin is higher than other big cities in Japan but they are limited choices to select in high season. さらに表示

The location is good and it's a new hotel but that is about all it has going for it. Some of the staff were not very helpful or friendly, the rooms are very small and definitely not worth the expensive price. The breakfast was very average. There was no tea or coffee in the room, just a kettle. Also, because of the 'atrium' type design of the hotel it is very noisy both from traffic as well as other hotel guests. I was hoping that they had message machines in the room according to previous reviews. But they don't have any. So I would recommend somewhere with public bath if the price is similar. However the location is not bad. 5 mins walk to the station. Water pressure is quite nice. Room size is average. さらに表示
