温泉の時間間違えてゆっくり出来なかったけど、バーも良かったし、山吹っていう部屋でしたが、良いサービスでお料理もめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。ホテルのチェックインの時間が夕食の時間と間に合わなくて連絡したら次の日に変更してもらって 嬉しかったです！ アゴダのサービスケアに感動しました。 さらに表示

Location - the transportation to Arima is quite complicated. Had to make quite a few bus/train transfer to get to Arima. But we're asking for a getaway so... we take it. We called the hotel to pick us up at Arima Onsen (i.e. Hotspring) train station and the shuttle bus was waiting right outside the station. Service - Excellent. They should have a set of protocol on their services and they followed suit. The service make you feel that they are giving their 100% effort to serve you. Facility - Excellent. Public hotspring (separately for male and female) at 9/F and B2. The view at 9/F was spectecular. Can't ask for more when you can soak in comfortable hotspring with spectacular mountain and valley views. Can also use a private hotspring with your family/friends/other half with a reasonable charge. They also had a water spa facility at B2 but we didn't have time to try out. Meals - The Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were excellent. Good food, great relaxation. さらに表示

We used to stay in some more Ryokan style Onsen hotel. But this Hotel turned out to be a great experience. The public is huge and clean. and they have difference types of indoor or outdoor onsen for you to choose from. Food is great, and private dining room. We booked a japanese style room with dinner included for a night. The facilities were top notch and they provided shuttle services to and from the hotel so that was very convenient. A great selection of food was offered at the breakfast. Customer service was beyond what I expected. We accidentally left our iPad at the hotel and fortunately it was returned to the front desk. Ms. Fukuda at the front desk was extremely helpful in arranging to ship my iPad to my next hotel (we were visiting various cities) so that we didn't have to travel all the way back to Arima with luggages to pick up the iPad. She even contacted my next hotel to notify them again. The level of customer service provided was phenomenal and I was very grateful that I received my iPad in time before my flight back home. Big hotel, very nice room and onsen. Staffs are very friendly. Dinner is on average but breakfast is good in buffet style. There is a game corner with various game machines, we enjoyed and had lots of fun there. さらに表示

we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay. the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. the staff who assist our dinner, Mikkie, is so very nice and helpful. She made the dinner extra special for us (we had our family gathering over xmas there). the hotel bus is so accommodating in terms of sending us to where we need to go and came to pick us up as soon as we requested it. The bath and spa facilities are superb without doubt! we will go back tomorrow! さらに表示
