急遽決まった仲良しグループ旅行 5人一部屋を探していて偶々見つけた「小都里」さん 予約のタイミングが良かったのか、設定よりかなりお得な料金で予約が出来ましたが、実際に宿泊してみて、設えもお料理もお風呂も、感動必至＼(^o^)／ あまりに質の高いおもてなしに、みんな大感激！！！でした おかげで私は神様扱い(^^;) 本館「花結び」への移動のために用意されている「ポンチョ」もただものじゃなく、とても寒い時季でしたが、お夕食や大浴場への移動が楽しくなるくらい それを着て撮影した写真は、インスタ映え間違いなしです(^o^)v また有馬温泉に行くときは、必ずお世話になりたいです さらに表示

小さいお宿なので宿泊客も少なく、とても静かでスタッフの方はみなさん感じ良く、夕飯も朝食も美味しいし、お掃除も行き届いていて、有馬温泉でこのお値段にしたらパーフェクトです。 お安い要因は、おそらくお部屋にお風呂やトイレが付いていないとか（洗面はあります）、お風呂が銀泉のみで、少し小さめとか（宿泊客が少ないので私は２回入りましたが貸切）、夕飯が本館？の花結びさんに行かなければいけないとかでしょうが、花結びさんに夕飯ついでに金泉に入れるので、季節やお天気にもよるかもしれませんが、お散歩がてらでちょうどいい感じでした。 都会の喧騒から離れてリラックスしたい方にはとてもお勧めです。 さらに表示

快適な和室ですがトイレが付いてません。夕食朝食共にとても美味しかったです。熱い物は熱く、冷たいものは冷たく、作り置きしていない感じがしました。 お風呂が銀泉のみで、金泉に入るには本館へ1分ほど歩かなくてはいけないのは億劫でした。 スタッフも親切で申し分なかったです。 ぜひまた利用したいです。 さらに表示

母親が炭酸煎餅をしけさせて食べるのが好きだったので、出来立ての柔らかい炭酸煎餅を食べさせたくて有馬温泉旅行を計画しました。 trivagoで検索すると最もコスパが良さそうで評価が高かったので小都里に決めました。 妻子と４人で４万円ちょいだったので夕食は期待していなかったのですが、ビックリするほど豪華な料理が提供されました。 晩酌用にツマミとお菓子をたくさん持って行ったのにお腹いっぱいで何も食べれませんでした。 さらに朝食もすくい湯葉など豪華な料理で、残念ながら完食できませんでした。 バストイレが部屋にないプランだったので不便だと思っていたけど全く気になりませんでした。 大満足です😀💕 さらに表示

The hotel is very new, room is spacious but no bathroom, only have a sink. However it's not a big problem cause a toilet is right outside and there's only 2 rooms on the floor. Coffee and tea is provided for free whole day. The lounge is decorated beautiful and very relax to sit for a coffee. Breakfast is delicious and present very good. Kotori is quite small hotel so they use facilities and dinner in a big hotel next door. They also provide shuttle transfer from bus station. さらに表示

I took bus there and I need to climb the hills in cold weather, I'm ok but my wife was complaining. When we reached the hotel, my wife just said it's worth the climbing. The onsen is at the other building but short distance. One of the cozy hotel we stayed. さらに表示

Good location, very helpful and courteous staff. The night snack with free ramen and beers is one of the attractions of the hotels. Another attraction is the free massage chairs and other free rental such as bicycles, laptop, facial steamer, ... etc. The only weakness is the cleaning staff, the room is not clean enough with some hair debris on the bed and contact lens of ex-visitor left on the table. さらに表示

Perfect for travelers who prefer peace and quiet to the larger onsen resorts. What I like most about this onsen was it had only 8 rooms. Perfect for the quiet and peaceful getaway without the buzz of too many visitors. Evening Kaiseki dinner was beautifully arranged at the sister hotel, while the morning breakfast was equally appealing at the Kotori. Arima has 2 types of Onsens - the gold and silver. It does not have the strong sulphur smell that some of the onsens in Japan might have. Kotori had only the silver pool, but all guests had access to the gold onsen at their sister hotel (just 1 min walk away). For guests who prefer use of their own private onsen, it can be easily arranged at 45-mins block for a minimal fee. The quirky part was each room only had a wash area and no attached toilet, but access to clean and luxurious rooms were just steps away on each floor. Many thumbs up for the Kotori and will be back. Friendly staff around the clock. Newly renovated premises. Dinner is served at the sister hotel next door. Free transportation to the bus terminal or train station is provided. Private baths are available at the neighbouring sister hotel - just not ideal to walk there and back at night in the cold in our yakutas さらに表示

The front used google translater to inform you of the rules and cautions as well as answering your questions. The environment is really clean and i can get peace and comfortable feeling here. Also, you can ask for the hotel sending you to the train station by car. さらに表示

Lovely guesthouse, very good hospitality services. Remember to make a call to the hotel for pick up service once arrive in either cable car or train station. Public pool is at main building level 7, both gold and silver pool and there is a outdoor gold pools. Onsen in main building open till 12midnight, will be good if open 24hours. We get to experience wearing yukata short walk to main building. Breakfast was splendid! Especially the toufu, eat by layer using a special net scope. さらに表示

We were extremely pleased with this little ryokan, value for money if you considered full board extensive dinner & breakfast at their sister hotel which was just a few steps away. Guests at Kotori could also enjoy the hot spring facilities at the sister hotel. I lurveee the fact that the ryokan is so warm, homey, cosy & inviting. I visited here with my parents. this hotel is located in uphill, but not too far from station(5 min by walk) it was different with any other big hotels in aroma-onsen, small, tidy and very refreshing. there is small spa, if you want more bigger one, you could use main hotel. also dinner(Kaiseki) was fantastic. you could experience luxury japaness food culture. staff are very kind and sincere. The room is spacious and clean. Although we need to use share bathrooms in this hotel, the bathroom is clean and let you feel like home. The hot spring here is small, but we can enjoy the hot spring in the sister hotel which is huge. The decorations in the hotel is related to birds, which is very nice and relaxing. さらに表示
