神戸牛すき焼きプランで宿泊しました。楽しみにしていたし夕食！さあ一口…噛みきれない…なぜ？頭の中は、とろけるイメージ一杯だったのに！自宅で食べるすき焼きより劣る！何が売りの宿なんだろと、ガックリでした。 さらに表示

他の有名旅館と比べてお手軽な料金ですが、部屋もそれなりに広くモダンな感じにリニューアルしてあり、温泉も良かったです（朝夕で交代ですが、片方の露天風呂は眺めは良いけど小さいです）。 そして何より、料理が美味い！ 追加で頼んだ鯛の姿造りのアラを急遽煮てもらいましたが、好みの味でした。朝食は朝食で、お味噌汁が好みの味でしたし、要所要所さすがと思える感じでした。 旅館としては珍しく、無料のコーヒーサーバーがあったのも、良かったです！ さらに表示

とても良かったです。手作り感もあり、あたたかい。特にお食事の配ぜん係のおばちゃん！最高！でした。おばちゃんのホスピタリティーは一流ホテルに勝るとも劣らないです。色々とお心遣い有難うございました。とても親切で気持ちよく滞在させて頂きました。有馬温泉の一番の繁華街からは少し距離有りますが、車でしたので、特に問題ありませんでした。お風呂も貸切状態でのんびりさせて貰えました。朝ごはんも素晴らしく、美味しかったです。有難うございました。 さらに表示

We stayed on the New Year day, we enjoyed the special celebrations in the hotel and the Arima area. We welcomed with a sweet red bean soup and the cute mascot, warmed our hearts in the cold weather. The Kobe beef sukiyaki dinner was absolutely amazing! It's not a fancy onsen hotel and the deco is slightly dated, but the price is very comparative in the area, esp when other Arima hotels is almost doubling what Arimakaido was costing. The location a bit further from the main street, very quiet for good rest, good for travellers with cars. All the staffs is amazing! The female staff even help to prep our car by washing off the ice on our windshield before we realised it was frozen. Hope to revisit. さらに表示

COMMENT - some of room does not have private bathroom , just closet.. So please be careful when you choose the room type. We got that room and we take a bath at shower room inside Kinsen room - we choose this hotel because they have Kinsen ( hot spring bath with golden water ) which is amazing - we get nice breakfast & dinner during our stay - cleanliness for this hotel are outstanding - free flow coffee machine every day ADVICE - for guest room without private bathroom, please show detail in subject of room type for example: "Twin Room WITHOUT private bathroom" so guest can consider to book that room or choose another room with private bathroom - Please provide longer time pick-up service. Some of the rooms are newly renovated and it’s very comfortable. The public facilities are still very old, probably they will keep upgrading it. Dinner was not so great. Breakfast was absolutely great. Overall good さらに表示

My stay with my girlfriend was an incredible time! The staff are very friendly (can speak English) and accommodating. The bath facilities were amazing, clean and very peaceful. Both sides (male and female, that switch daily to allow all guests to enjoy each bath) include one regular hot bath and a hot spring water bath. There are outdoor baths also included on each side. The shower stations were clean and well kept and stocked with soap. Our room included a private bath which was absolutely great! It was clean, had a nice view of the forest and hill surrounding the ryokan. Our stay also included breakfast and dinner meals both of which were amazing. We enjoyed a shabu-shabu and kushikatsu meal, both of which were absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend Arimakaido Yuwa to anyone looking into an enjoyable experience in the Arimaonsen area. The ryokan is on quite a steep hill so I suggest requesting for their shuttle bus pickup at the Arimaonsen trainstation. さらに表示

我們租了一間露天風呂的房間，但房間裡的露天浴池只是熱水，並不是溫泉水，所以想浸溫泉水的旅客要主意，雖然只是熱水，但都算舒服，而且環境及價錢相比其他有馬裡的酒店，此酒店價格相對比較抵，但位置方面都算比較遠，建議叫酒店專車接送會比較好，晚餐方面都算可接受，但早餐方面就是日式早餐，對我們來說不太啱自己口味！ さらに表示

Agoda訂的晚餐竟然是日式料理，可是提供的圖片都只是涮涮鍋，而櫃臺也沒有提供晚餐升級選擇，晚上食用時才發現不是想像中的，別人都在涮涮鍋，好失望，這是agoda訂過最誤導的房；其他的接送服務及金銀溫暖都很好，同服務人員親切， さらに表示

地點離車站很遠，但酒店的車子只由2:30-5:30這段時間接送客人，我們想在傍晚時分下山到溫泉街走走都不能了。酒店設施不多，溫泉也只有室內2個加室外1個。榻榻米的床墊很薄，睡得不舒服。最可憐是早餐只到8:30，想睡晚點都不能。如果純粹來一趟簡單溫泉之旅洗滌心靈是沒問題，因外地遊客確實少，實是非常寧靜，員工又親切的一家溫泉會館。 さらに表示

渡蜜月關係加上有纹身所以選擇左有私人露天溫泉的房間。酒店有shuttle bus去大巴站同電車站。溫泉區唔大行1小時都行完。房間非常好。45平方做乜都得！露天泉水有得調教溫度。晚餐係到用餐區食日式牛肉火鍋。有少量前菜白飯湯同甜品。如果是在房間吃温泉餐就好啦！我次訂房有留言話渡蜜月。酒店在我們晚餐後回房間不久。後了一個蛋糕給我們！非常驚喜！蛋糕也好吃！令旅程更開心！ さらに表示

료칸은 오모테나시라고 모든 정성을 다한다는 의미에서 서비스를 받을수 있는곳이기에 큰 금액을 지불하고서 가는곳이잖아요 그런데 프론트에 있는 여직원분부터 불친절하시고 외국인이라 차별도 합니다. 굉장히 기분이 안좋았지만 그래도 기분좋게 여행와서 기분을 망치기싫어서 참았습니다. 온천도 동네 목욕탕 수준입니다. 제가 일본어를 좀 할수있어서 식사할때 다른 일본인 손님들 대화도 들었는데 료칸의 서비스가 최악이라고 하더군요. 이런곳은 처음이라며. 사진에 속지마시구요 큰돈주고 가지마세요. 특히 프론트 여직원분 그런 표정과 서비스 정신으로 그자리에서 일하실거면 하지마세요. 돈내고 불쾌함만 느끼다가 떠납니다. さらに表示
