自家泉源を所有し温泉の質が良いと思われたのでこの宿を選びました。古風な玄関、長い石畳を通りロビーへ。ずらりと並べたスリッパに履き替えチェックイン。東館のデラックス和室まで荷物を運んでいただく。早速かけ流しの金泉へ。趣のある岩風呂、まったりとした温泉を満喫。食事は二食とも部屋食で若い仲居さんがテキパキ配膳。落ち着いて食事をとの配慮か料理の追加はゆっくり。料理は出汁がしっかり利いて過去に宿泊した旅館でも屈指の旨さに驚く。翌朝早くもう一つの温泉（八角堂）へ。こちらは循環式ながら自家泉源を毎日2回入れ替えるとのこと。中心街から離れているためとにかく静か。丁寧な接客と美味しい料理、素晴らしい温泉。連休真ん中で最も割高であったが高いなりの価値があった。難点を挙げれば部屋と床の板がギシギシと鳴ったこと。廊下の音が聞こえたこと。古いから仕方がないか。 さらに表示

丁度、桜が満開の日に宿泊しました。長距離を車で移動し、夜7時頃到着して、出迎えて下さった年配の紳士が、初めての宿泊なのに名前を呼んで出迎えて下さり、とても好感が持てました。 エントランス迄の入り口も良い雰囲気でした。部屋も外の庭が見える浴室に、余裕のある洗面室、窓からの景色も桜が見えて良かったです。 大浴場も、源泉掛け流しの浴場と、露天風呂・ジェット付きの浴場の２種類があり、到着して直ぐと就寝前、翌朝と楽しませて頂きました。 チエックアウトが、11時なのも、余裕があって良かったです。 さらに表示

皮膚病に効くというので感染症に悩まされていた私は藁にも縋る思い出古泉閣に宿泊したが、皮膚病に効くというのは誇大広告では決してなかった。疥癬になっていた部分が備え付けてあるトリートメントを使用するとボロボロと薄皮が剥がれていく。また、薬の副作用であれていた顔面の肌も木炭の粉を練りこんであるトリートメントを使用すると宣伝文句にあるように細かい木炭の微細な粉が毛穴に入り込んで毛穴の脂肪を洗い流してくれる。妹と一緒に宿泊する予定であったが、宿泊しないというので、２種類のトリートメントをお土産に買った。たった３泊であったのが悲しい、もっと時間があれば完治するまで滞在しただろうに！ さらに表示

アジア系と思われるグループと一緒になったが、温泉風呂に入る場所に座っていて、話をしている為、入れなかった。部屋の一部分の畳がボサボサで、バックに付いてしまった。値段の割には、少しメンテしてほしい。 さらに表示

We enjoy the stay here. The view is so nice from the hotel lobby, but if you come to hotel with luggage and child, you better call the hotel to pick up you, coz there is a steep slope to climb. It’s tough to get there. The food is nice with assorted dishes, but only a few slices of beef. Onsen is a must try. さらに表示

We booked a room with dinner (Kaiseki) and breakfast both of which served in the room with a view overlooking the changing color of autumn leaves. Service is everything you can expect from Japanese customary. There are 2 onsen pool locations, I believe one with the original source of hot spring (which is indoor) and another one which is bigger and the onsen is outdoor. The beautifully landscaped hotel is conveniently located near the main street of Arima but secluded from all the hustle and bustle. Tatami rooms are very clean, well equipped and spacious. The two onsens are clean and spacious as well, with the rocky one offering a genuine natural environment and the built one overlooking lush slopes. Meals served in-room are made with fresh ingredients and presented in the most elaborate and exquisite manner by extremely courteous and hospitable staff. さらに表示

Excellent stay. Service is great, room is good, staff are nice and helpful. But i would not recommend anyone to book it from Agoda. The room is not what i booked (I booked a Japanese style room, but a cottage was offered... no one would expect to stay in a cottage when booked a traditional Japanese style hotel) さらに表示

I wasn't sure what to expect from this property but this truly blew me away, we stayed in one of the cabins and it was beyond my hopes. Everything about this property was great, the Onsen was my favorite in Japan, the food was amazing and the room was wonderful. STAY HERE! さらに表示

Good, clean, convenient Staff were nice but not as expected as other ryokans I stayed before. Email communication is weak and never have reply back. But if you don’t have any special request, this ryokan is one of the best choice to stay and not too far from Osaka. さらに表示

This hotel/ryokan isn't cheap as nothing much in Arima is so, nor it has a lot of activities around, but what is there is peacefulness and serenity. The room has the most amazing view out to the valley below, and the onsen itself is very good!! so in all honesty, ask yourself why do you want to go to an onsen for, and if it is to relax and unwind, look no further. さらに表示

I was living in one of the houses in that onsen resort. The hotel is easy to approach. Room is large and clean. Onsen experience is nice in resort. Hotel offered excellent western-style dinner and breakfast. I would highly recommend to friends. さらに表示

I stayed in the lodge, a standalone wooden house for family or groups. Although the lodge is near to the main building, its design let you have the feeling in the woods and distant from the city. It's very quiet in night and you can even see tens to hundred stars in the sky. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast is close to the lodges with a few minutes walk, as well as the hot spring and the main entrance. All only need a few minutes walk. The food was good but the most impressive was the attitude of the staff there - polite, considerate and friendly. The bath in the lodge is amazing. I never see a Jacuzzi tub that can fit 4 persons at the same time without feeling of overcrowding. There is also swimming pool but as it is spring, it was not opened. But it won't be a problem as there are hot springs and Jacuzzi bath! さらに表示
