スタッフの方は、皆さん、親切で心配りが感じられました！施設も綺麗で、無料の貸切り露天風呂のサービスや、食事も全て個室で、料理にも工夫が感じられ、美味しく頂きながら、ゆっくり過ごせました。

初めての有馬温泉でしたが、お値段の割には夕食が期待はずれ。朝食はまあまあでした。お風呂は24時間ではなく、12時に閉まります。一度行ったらもういいかなという感じです。部屋は畳の古い和室タイプ、布団はせんべえ布団、もう行く事はありません。 さらに表示

We stayed one night and enjoy the onsen so much. We were able to book 3 private onsen and the staff gave us a ride to and from town whenever we requested. Lovely stay and amazing hotspring to enjoy. Personally, we enjoy our stay though feeling that the price is too high for what you get. Have to pay 8000 yen extra for breakfast for 2 people. さらに表示

Stayed here for 1 night. The onseb shuttle took us from the Arima onsen station and it was such a hassle free commuting. We wanted to havw Kaiseki dinner however it was fully booked so they organised a dinner at a different restaurant. It would have beeb awesome if we could have dinner there. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommend. さらに表示

The facilities are very good especially the 4 private baths which are actually nicer than the public ones in the property. We only had breakfast which was very good. The property is far from the town centre. However it is so expensive ( not sure if it's totally due to it being Golden Week) that I am unlikely to recommend it. Better value elsewhere I think. さらに表示

Staff could communicate effectively, apart from we didn’t know our exact time to arrive so we climbed up with the luggage, everything was excellent, we could book 3 out of 4 private onsens in a day, the meals were delicious さらに表示

You can enjoy private hotspring room which is wonderful for couples. The location is far but not a problem as there are always free shuttle to and from the hotel. We love the hotspring. Just one point is that the dinner is not as good as expected given the price of this hotel is relatively high さらに表示

This hotel is very nice. We had a private hot spring in the room which is about a bathtub size. The room is huge, the bed is super comfortable. Service at the front desk is fantastic but the service in the dinning room should be improved. Our server start cleaning up the table when my husband is still eating. It is not acceptable to have this kind of service in such a fancy hotel. Especially they are serving kaiseki style. Other than that, it's a very good and comfortable hotel. さらに表示

The hotel is helpful to send a shuttle bus to take us to its lobby upon request on site. The staff introduction of hotel facilities is detailed and friendly. The room is Japanese style with good view of nature. Besides, the breakfast and dinner are sumptuous and memorable in private room in lieu of restaurant setting. It must note the well-designed private onsen where we have tried 2 venues during the stay. In general, I would have no doubt to recommend anyone to stay here more than one night. さらに表示

We had rooms with outdoor hot spring baths which were excellent. Also enjoyed private Onsen that we can choose with different set up. The hotel is up on the hill and quite far from the village but they provide shuttle bus to anywhere you want to go at anytime. さらに表示

We had a wonderful stay at this Onsen Hotel!!! The hotel in a on top of a hill, rooms are super spacious but the 4 private Onsen pools/ rooms were the highlight. After 3 days of travelling Osaka, chilling in the Onsen pool was pure relaxation and joy! Skin felt so much smoother!!. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to anywhere in town and helped you book restaurants in advance. I would definitely come back to this hotel! さらに表示
