一年間の留学を終えて帰国した妻と子供達。海やプールに入れても、ゆっくりとお風呂につかる事がなかったと聞いていたので、帰国翌日に温泉に連れて行きました。部屋も庭が着いていて最高でしたし、温泉もゆっくりとつかる事ができたみたいで、本当に優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。ぜひ、また訪れたいと思います。 さらに表示

Ryokan is very close to the bus stop like a 5 minute walk distance. Food and facilities was excellent no mention the onsen. This time I stayed in this ryokan with my mother and she simply loved everything there. There were staff who could speak mandrin ans english. Something pressed hard on my pillow and sang at my right ear at 3am. It was most horrifying and I could do nothing about it until it chose to leave after some time. Requested change of room and hotel immediately complied but don’t seem to care much about the issue. さらに表示

Service was great. Booked the room together with dinner and breakfast. Resort has 3 hot springs. Resort is up on the hill. Arrived from Osaka, wait at the bus terminal stop and call the resort to pick up. After check in can walk the Arima town. Room can fit 5pax さらに表示

It is a comfortable Onsen hotel with very friendly services by the staff. Although it requires to walk up the hotel, it worths all because of the great Onsen. Besides, there’s a massage chair in the room which makes the experience in the hotel a better one. The meal is a Japanese one, where there’s less choice of food. We arrived in late afternoon. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with garden view. The room is big comparing with other onsen hotels we have stayed in Japan. Big bathroom with double basins and they used very good quality shampoo and conditioner. The three onsens are very good and spacious. It would be best to stay two nights to fully enjoy the facilities of the hotel. The hotel complex is big so need to walk around a few times to know the way. さらに表示

Where should I start? The location was close enough to the station, but is absolutely lovely. Perfect service from the staff, from explanation to room service to even the rooms. One drawback is the lack of english speaking staff, take note. They only have one staff who is able to speak english, but don't let that take away the pleasure of enjoying the place. I shall not spoil the experience, but it is absolutely the best getaway I have been to, and I will be back. さらに表示

hotel decoration : luxury style of the 80's reception : helpful and they can speak very good english which is rare in other places in japan. service : excellent service!!!! the best service i have experienced. we were escort by the reception to show our room, and then served with welcome tea and snack. meal was served in the room with a very nice lady serving us and she can speak fluent english as well. after dinner, they would prepare the bed (tatami) for us. onsen : we reserved the private bath which is well facilited and the environment is extremely relaxing. this is a very good experience that i would recommend to all travelers. さらに表示

A friend of mine who frequents Arimaonsen area recommended this location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot springs/saunas were relaxing, the room was spacious and had a bird's eye view of the area (plus Kobe in the distance), the kaiseki dinner was delicious and made for good FB/IG material, and the front desk staff were top notch because they went out of their way to help my wife locate her lost purse (that had our passports in it) upon our arrival. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Arimaonsen, and I'd definitely go back again the next time I'm in Kansai area. さらに表示

We stayed one night at this Onsen resort and should stayed longer. The peaceful environment that was offered in this resort provided us a restful afternoon and night and let us take a break during our long travel in Japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful even by Japanese standard. The Onsen was clean and looked exactly like the hotel pictures. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who wish to visit Arima. When we arrived, we called the hotel, within 2 minutes a van came pick us up and delivered us to the hotel, when we left, we took a side trip to Rokki mountain and the hotel also has a shuttle taking us to and from the Rokki Cable station. The hotel provides free valet parking service which makes us surprise and feel convenience. The front desk staff is helpful even he can barely speak English. The room and hot spring is tidy and clean. The in-room dining service is fabulous and the food is gorgeous. When we check out, the room attendant found a lost and found item and deliver to the front desk before we left. We have never experienced this kind of service before and it is very impressive. さらに表示

The 2 nights stay at Hyoe Koyokaku hotel was a very pleasant and memorable one. The room is very clean and we manage to get the highest floor with a nice view of Arima. The staff that serve our kaiseiki meal in our room is very friendly and polite. There is a few hot spring pool as well as the reservation pool for us to enjoy in the hotel. This hotel was tucked away up in Arima Onsen town and we decided to spend just a night here to recharge our batteries and get some real traditional Japanese hospitality and onsen experiences. We were certainly mot disappointed! The room was spacious and comfortable, the view was a stunning panorama towards Kobe city and the bay and just beneath us was the Japanese garden. The onsens were too luxurious we spent almost the whole time soaking. We returned to find our rooms made up ready for sleep. We slept like babies. We had a young German lady who spoke impeccable English and Japanese help us during our stay. Everyone was helpful but she was especially so. Would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful memory of Japan. さらに表示
