A bit far from station, but if you use JR, you can take JR bus from Kyoto station to Gojo Onamiya, and it very close to bus stop. Good for mid-journey you can use washing machine and there are space outside and inside to dry, Super good bathroom, staff are friendly! さらに表示

Great self catering unit especially for those who like to cook some of their meals! Spacious for Japanese standards. Walking distance to a 24hr supermarket (Fresco). About 1km away from the Keifuku Railways (Randen) train station to Arashiyama. Unit comes only with a pan and a kettle. Bring (or buy from a 100 yen shop) your own cooking / eating utensils if you plan to cook. さらに表示

Have been in Kyoto twice and both times I have stayed here. The accommodation is very well located, it's reasonably prices and the rooms are quote spacious, enough for two people. Our room had a small kitchen, bathroom and washing machine (NOT A DRYER but theres a small terrace of sorts were your can hang your things wether permitting). The area is well serviced through public transport and Nishiki market is about 20mins on foot. Finally, the staff is really helpful and lovely. All in all a great experience. Will be back! さらに表示

The room condition is perfect. I think this is the best hotel in this price. Bigger than I think, gas cooktop available, microwave avialble, washing machine available. Even someone can live here for long time. さらに表示

Everything is good, very satisfied, just the location is a problem. This guesthouse is located inside a quiet, car-less neighbourhood, sounds good but is not good when I want to go out because is very far to walk to the nearest 24 hour store (only 1) and bus-stop is not easy to get bus because I don't speak Japanese and I can't read signboard, so I hop-on the bus and let the bus take me a big circle out of Kyoto town area and then return back, the next day I try to take bus again and the same problem happens again, simply because I can't read the bus directions, at last I had to walk back to railway station 40 minutes far away. さらに表示

The location is a bit far from city centre but near bus stops that will take you wherever you need to go. There are also some places to eat 10 min walking distance. The rooms were big and clean. Beds were comfy. さらに表示

The studio is big and very clean although you have to pay to rent the kitchen utensilies. The location is excellent to visit the most importan sightseeings. The best in this guesthouse is the staff. They helped us a lot with a medical problem that we had. They speak good English and are always smiling. Very recomended. さらに表示

Boring neighbourhood without any stores or restaurants in the proximity. Far to walk from both Gion and train station. No cleaning services during stay and no kitchenware such as spoons, you have to rent a set. The double bed was 140cm, very uncomfortable for 2 European sized people.
