大手町駅に直結しており、東京駅も徒歩圏内なので立地はよい。部屋は皇居側で大変良かった。 少し早めのチェックインにも対応してくれ総じて良い滞在となりました。 少し残念だったのはレセプション以外のスタッフの質だと感じた。部屋の清掃が外注なのか不明だが朝食が終わってすぐの時間（10時ごろ）にスタッフの方が来た際、外出後の11時ごろに清掃を行うようお願いしましたが、14時頃に部屋にもどったところ清掃がされていませんでした。14時半ごろにまたいらしたようですが、do not disturbとしていたため清掃を希望する場合は15時までに依頼しなければならない旨が記載された紙が差し込まれただけでした（それ以降はタオルの交換のみ）。これは少し残念でした。 さらに表示

We can highly recommend this Hotel if needing to stay near Tokyo Station, the only suggestion is to make sure the Taxi Driver knows where the Hotel is located as the signage is not very prominent and numerous taxis wanted to drop us at a different location. We stayed one night in a studio apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and the washing machine is a great addition. The bed was very comfortable and the beautiful linen was greatly appreciated. There is a lovely view from the huge window which makes the apartment feel very spacious. Loved having a pool onsite too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment can be reached easily by underground train or alternatively it is only a short walk from Tokyo Station. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Stayed in the one bedroom for 6 nights, and loved it. The kitchen & washing machine really came in handy. The room & bathroom is very spacious & clean, with modern furnishing & appliances. Staff are friendly & helpful, with good command of english. I emailed several times for advice and they promptly replied. Marunouchi is Tokyo’s cbd, and Ascott is located in the quieter part. There are restaurants underneath the adjacent office buildings, but are closed on weekends. It’s a short walk to other buildings with more dining options like Oazo or Kitte. The otemachi metro station is underneath the property, accessible through escalator & elevator without having to exit the building. Mind you, tokyo metro stations have steps everywhere, so it’s not like you can take the subway to the hotel carrying bulky luggage. There’s a shuttle bus from Ascott to Narita for ¥5000/person or you can take the airport limousine bus from Hoshinoya or Tokyo Station. Taxi to Haneda costs around ¥9000. さらに表示

We booked deluxe room and studio room for 5 nights. Rooms and services are perfect, neat, and clean. Staff is friendly with excellent service mind. As many travelers said, the location is in office area so it'll be quiet during weekends. Quite hard to find restaurants nearby but I ordered uber eat and delivered to our room. Tokyo station is just 10mins walk. I'll definitely stay again. さらに表示

The suite was amazing. However, the location was still a bit of a walk from Tokyo station. We walked on ground level from tokyo station to the hotel and it was quite a walk esp under the sun. After we learned the way underground, it was so much better to explore around using the underground network. さらに表示

First off this hotel is located in a very convenient location to both the Subway system and Tokyo station once you get the hang of the path underground and which exit is the easiest to access the hotel. Staff were friendly and generally not obtrusive which I personally value. If you need more hand-holding/personalized service this may not be the best choice for you. The room itself was very nice. It is modern and western, so keep that in mind. It was a nice change of pace for us after staying in more traditional hotels. The washer and dryer was very useful, and there are English instructions provided in a booklet. There is a Family Mart across the street open 24h for anything you might need in a pinch. After working hours, the hotel area is very quite. I think it is perfect for business trip not leisure trip. The distance from subway station to hotel is about 20 minutes and after working hour. The exit doors those belong to the main building would close. To pass the doors needs the permit cards or officer id card. That's the problem. I have to wait at the doors for someone who could pass by the id card and i could follow them. さらに表示

It might not feel as upscale as nearby 5 stars hotels costing 2-3 times as much, but it certainly is the best value for the money in the area. Booked a spacious one-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, separate living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The only drawback to the room was an odd metal bar that runs across the building, blocking some of the view. The building is also adjacent to the subway. Often time you also won't find anyone downstair to greet you when you first arrive (have to take the elevator up to reception), so if you've got lots of luggages and arrive at odd hour, you might have to haul it up yourself. さらに表示

nice serviced apartments, spotlessly clean, convenient location (tho totally dead at night). but, no where on the website does it say that *children are not allowed in the swimming pool*. family friendly? really? we were so upset after being admonished by staff that we were breaking the rules, tho our children were with us and being quiet. also, rooms are very small and the divider between the bedroom and the common space is 2 sliding panels with large cutouts and vents. they do not block noise or light, so if you were planning on watching tv or reading while your spouse or child was sleeping, think again. if i were a business travel by myself, this would be a great place. as a mom with 2 small kids, it was very disappointing. さらに表示

Stayed 1 night in a studio apartment and it was superb. Everything you could want in a short stay and the facilities are all fantastic. Easy to get to from Tokyo Station. Five stars Hotel apartment All you need when traveling. Complete with modern appliance . Where can you find a very nice spacious luxury hotel with this price in Tokyo. Ascott Marunouchi certainly recomended for traveler especially family with children. Laundry machine and super clean kitchen , steam iron. Hotel is new built as informed by staff , it a bit difficult to find as this is an office neighborhood. Hotel is only around 300 meter to Imperial garden Otemachi gate. Just go straight form the gate an you can find sign ASCOTT at the left side. Lobby is at 22nd Floor. although its a bit far from tourist attraction but Otemachi station is just within 100 mtr from hotel. さらに表示

The stay at Ascott was amazing, hardly com across apartment style hotels so having a washing machine, kitchen and cooking equipment included was a great addition to the room. The room itself is spacious and very comfortable for 2 people, and the furnishing gives the place a elegant yet homey touch. Location wise, the hotel is above the Otemachi metro station so it is very handy to get around. Staff provided great service and were very kind and helpful during our stay.
