Beautiful place if you want a traditional family Japanese style hotel. The food was excellent and included breakfast and dinner to our surprise and lots of it. Local bus comes through near hotel and there is a huge bus station 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel. Great if you want personal private onsen for couple. さらに表示

Ryoken located near to Togendai Port. Need walk about 10mins to the hotel. Better book with dinner and breakfast, no restaurant nearby to the hotel. Private bath need to book early if not all occupied by others. 1rooms can book 1slot 40mins. さらに表示

Room is average for japan. Mine had a strange smell, not dirty smell but strange, still. There is no elevator so if those who have heavy luggage should keep in mind. The breakfast and dinner are so good for the price, really delicious. Unlimited drinks including alcohol is served on dinner. Great ! さらに表示

It was an right place for the price.. I thought it was a bit expensive for the room, but most places will be this price range at Hakone. The staff didn't speak English so it was really hard for me to get any information from them (or for example to explain to them how I don't eat mean, so I'd like them to exclude the meat from my breakfast that I paid for.. etc.) さらに表示

We went there in winter. The hotel located near Togendi Ropeway station. The place is really nice. The private bathroom is really nice. Especially when you soak yourself in the hottub with really cold open air atmosphere. The room is nice. The hotel also provides you Yukata. さらに表示

The hotel is quite far from the station. You must go by walk and difficult to find it. The hotel is clean. Good staff but they don't speak English that well. Onsen and dinner are highly recommended. They are fantastic!!! さらに表示

Very good price and awesome stay for a night and two meals, everything is near perfect(meals, nice staffs, nice rooms), the only thing is the public bath for male is just half the size as females, the private baths that can be reserved by guests for free is awesome but the variety might be a little bit underwhelming さらに表示

This is great location for us, easy to find. Near the cable car and bus station. take note cable car got timing, don't too late to reach the hotel. The hotel Spa got two room is private time for us. If u shy to share with strangers, this is good choice hotel for u. さらに表示

This is small hotel is great. They have another one near Tonozawa. Although small, the rooms are quite alright for my family of 3- 2 adults and a 7 years old. The location was great. The pier for the Lake Ashi Cruise is just a short walk away. We drove and it's a 5 min ride. The best part is the food. One of our best dinner for our trip. Tip. Our stay in this hotel is great. They served us great Japanese breakfast and dinner at specified time which we strongly advised travelers to adhere to the meals scheduled given by the hotel. No food menu for your to choose from but it is perfectly fine as the meals are sumptuous enough. They serve what, you will eat what. But very nice. Otherwise, it will be hard to find food nearby. Trust us! The room is clean and provide traditional Yukata for guests to wear to walk around. It is very comfortable. Our room face the Ashi Lake and it is great except that they are some electrical cables running around the premises. And since it is only 2 storey high, well, phototaking of the lake from our windows will not be as nice with the lines running across. Besides, to lug our luggage from the Togendai station and walk 15mins to the hotel, can be quite tedious. We advise travelers to travel light eg backpacks will be easier than hand carried luggage or trolley luggages. さらに表示

We had a great stay with a spacious and clean hotel. The staff was helpful to recommend to us a restaurant for our dinner when we were lost as to where to have our dinner. It is near to the Hakone Ropeway and Lake Ashi. The setback is the toilet is the old type, without any spray for washing, no extra points to charge our phones and the staff at reception looks too serious, without any smile. さらに表示

A very nice experience! around 10 mins walk from the station. price is good and very worth to use the package with 2 meals. The food is nice! Room is big and clean. There is hot spring avaible for private use (book when you check in) Highly recommend! さらに表示

If you're looking for an affordable hot spring hotel with the intention of just relaxing for the day, this hotel would be a great place to stay. To reach the hotel though would be a bit costly, since route from Odawara onwards will not be covered by jrpass. Facilities here are a bit old, but they can get the job done. Breakfast and dinner are both set meals, vending machines here are a little limited(no milk). Other than that it's a great place to stay. さらに表示

There is some concern on walking distance to hotel from nearest bus station, although it took 15~20 minutes, you can enjoy natural scenery there. Out of my suprises, do expect most of the business there closed @ 4:30 PM. Have unpleasant experience: I was walking under rain from station to hotel during night time.
