　チェックアウト後、腹痛で動けなくなってしまい、痛みで苦しんでいる私に、病院の心配までして戴いたスタッフの優しさに感謝。やがて腹痛も落ち着き、元気を取り戻せて、旅の続きを楽しむことが出来ました。 体調が不良となり、一人旅の心細さを感じた反面、人の優しさに包まれる貴重な時を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

I traveled from Fukuoka to Aso. Since the traveling time,I arrived at Aso at 8pm already. They gave me the extra service which pick up me at station even already exceeded the service time of their shuttle service. I am pleased that Plaza Hotel give me very well & warm service during those two days I stayed in. (especially a woman wear a glasses) さらに表示

The onsen is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The rooms are little run down and the morning breakfast was little disappointing. But drive around outside and you will definitely find gems around. One of my favourite little restaurant was accidentally found around the area and also the ramen! A great hotel and very near the volcano Mt. Aso - very scenic place, lots of hot springs and a good chance to enjoy the countryside. Hotel parking is free. A supermarket is just a short 5 minute walk from the hotel and prices are very good for Japan. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wishes to enjoy a more traditional Japanese style rooms and food. さらに表示

enough packing slot, no problem to get one. Front desk staff is very friendly. We got a big room combination of TT me and twins bed. My kids enjoy TT me very much. Hotel alos organized some entertainment to kids at night for free. That was a bit suprise to us. Hote spring is great. It was a good price for morning jogging that I did. さらに表示

Overall quite a decent stay - easily accessible to Mt. Aso (assuming you are travelling by car). Facility wise - rooftop onsen is separate from both the 7th floor and 1st floor onsen, as such, is a bit of a hassle to manoeuvre around. Breakfast wise - standard japanese style buffet. The hotel is under reconstruction after the Kumamoto earthquake, most rooms have views blocked by the construction structure. English speaking staff is not available at night. I had some problem opening the windows and the staff denied my request to help open it despite that I told him I felt very uncomfortable in the hot and poor ventilating room. Breakfast time is 7:00a~9:00a. When our family came at 8:20a. There is nothing left and the food provided service was no longer provided. We asked to give more food, but the service people just said "sorry, we don't provide food now." It is ridiculous and it was the first time we encountered the situation. We will never and ever come to the hotel again. Onsen is too low-level and crowded of people was in the onsen. Even if you have no choice, do not live in the hotel. Skip the place to visit. さらに表示

We stayed in a 12.4 sqm Japanese room on 2015, Feb 23. Surprisingly, with enough space for a few big luggage. The futon is comfortable and there is a balcony facing Mt. Aso. Wifi is only available at the lobby. The service is better than a 3-star hotel as the staff takes time to explain the available facililties and also bring our luggage to the room during check-in. 4 onsen are available on level 1 & 7. The level 1 onsen is bigger with nice view from the outdoor onsen. The outdoor onsen at level 7 is not within the indoor onsen which is unusual. From the outdoor onsen, one has to walk through the cold and windy open area, to the indoor onsen or hotel corridor. The quality of the 11th course dinner and a japanese buffet breakfast are average. The ordered horse shashimi felt frozen. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the city. The free pickup is available from 3pm to 6pm (need reservation). Though we didn't reserve it, the friendly tourist information at the JR station helped to arrange for a pick-up. They are only two free shuttle to the JR Station before 10 am (check-out). While we are prepared to take our own public bus after check-out, another staff offers to send us with other tourists to the station in a mini-bus. Maybe they can improve on this area. To reach Aso from Kumamoto, there are 4 Express train per day (around 1 hr) or local train (require 1 transfer, 1.5 hr). Alternatively, Trans-Kyushu Bus is another choice. We paid around S$275 for a half-board room. We had stayed at bigger hotel, with better food quality, onsen and easier transportation or walking distance to the tourist area, at a similar pricing. The least they could do is to provide a regular time slot for pick-up and send-off free shuttle to/from the station. Overall, the hotel is suitable for those who drive or stay more than 1 night as the tourist attractions are at different areas. There are more buses to the Mt. Aso area and nearby attractions from the city. さらに表示
