Very friendly and helpful owners. We were freely brought to and taken from the railway station. Breakfast was a real Japanese one, however, it could be a bit stronger. さらに表示

The people attending there are very nice, help you in many ways in your travel and can communicate in english. Also there is a private onsen inside and took us from the station to the hotel.
The breakfast was also very nice.
The only bad thing is that is a little far from anything so you can't get on your feet and start exploring the downtown. さらに表示

The most friendly and accommodating couple I’ve ever met, beautiful place, lovely food, exceptionaly clean. It seams a little out of the way but they will drive you and pick you up or lend you bikes so not an issue at all. さらに表示

The facilities are good and the location is alright. But no matter how that stuff might be, the couple managing the place is fantastic. They give every customer their complete attention, going out of their way to help you in ways that you wouldn’t even think to ask. They were so warm and welcoming we felt as though we were being invited into a family. This was our favourite place to stay in all of Japan and we’ve been to countless places. Unforgettable. さらに表示

1) Onsen wash away your tiredness. Can enjoy private onsen if there is no other guest.
2) Very helpful & cute owner (Kashiwagi san).. landlady prepared local cuisine Houtou to welcome us, as a gift.. superb!!
3) Directly can see Mt. Fuji peak from the house.
4) Landlady helped us with laundry too.
5) The place not near to station, so please email to owner before your arrival. Taxi is not standby and available at the station. Make sure you mention your time of arrival at the station so owner can pick you up.
6) Both owner & landlady can speak certain english, easier to communicate too.

A nice place to stay before climbing Mt Fuji. The owner offered to drive us to nearby locations, lent us bicycles, and provided a travelers map of the area. The onsen was great to relax in after the tiresome trek up Fuji-San. Owner spoke English and was very friendly. Recommend for anyone looking for a short stay before climbing Fuji. 5-8 minute drive to the bus station or train station. さらに表示

這個是個鄉下的民宿， 可以很舒服的享受泡湯，主要還可以一直欣賞富士山美景；
民宿主人會協助到下吉田車站的接駁；
早餐是美味的日式飯糰....

Un peu excentré de la ville, mais les hôtes sont très arrangeants : le mari nous a récupéré à la station Fujisan et nous y a déposé pour notre départ, puis ils prêtent des vélos et alors tout devient accessible !
La maison est traditionnelle et confortable bien que dans son jus, le onsen est privatisable, et très appréciable en fin de journée !
La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, les futons très confortables.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux (riz, salade, soupe et thé).
Les hôtes sont toujours disponibles et très agréables : nous sommes très contents de cette expérience !
Juste une recommandation : des serviettes en coton plutôt qu’en micro fibres :) さらに表示
