昭和という感じのホテルです ツインベットのお部屋でした。 他の人も書き込まれてますが トイレがせまいため、食堂の前のトイレを使いました。洋服のサイズもＬサイズなので私達の身体が大きいからかもしれません 全体的にとても古いです。掃除はされていて清潔です。スタッフもとても良いです。 お風呂も良いです。 熱海が全盛期の時の思い出を味わいたい方や海で泳ぐかたには良いと思います。 さらに表示

15階のお風呂は最高！ ただ和室の部屋で、お風呂&洗面所の換気扇が故障してたのか、めちゃくちゃ臭かった。 すぐに部屋変更してほしかった。 ご飯はディナーショータイプで面白かったけど、ステーキは硬かった。 それ以外は美味しかった◎ さらに表示

It's my second time staying at the hotel and now it has new infinity onsen bath facilities (first time i've seen) that you shouldn't miss. I still enjoy the spectacular scene as the hotel is located by the seaside. Food is good, staffs are super nice especially those in the restaurant. I regret arriving the hotel too late. さらに表示

New Akao is a huge hotel -- 17 floors. Connected to another massive hotel which. A giant "resort" complex. I reserved the Royal Wing with a Japanese room. Which means you don't stay in Royal Wing (all Western style rooms), but the original hotel. It's ok, they're connected. You can use the public bath in either the old wing or the royal wing. The old one was pretty crappy. The new one was better, nice view. Not a huge variety of baths though, just an inside and an outside bath. Water was just ok. Food was included. Dinner was not bad, but not amazing. Breakfast was a buffet, and not very good. The seats in our room were stained and gross. They need to clean or replace the fabric. They have a free shuttle to their rose garden, which is nice. And a free shuttle to the train station as well. Maybe compared to other properties in Atami it's ok. But I wouldn't bother going back. It is definitely catering to the masses. If you stay, just stay one night -- more than enough. さらに表示

It is a very nice experience staying in this hotel. We drive to reach different spots and hotel is willing to help in parking and providing driving information. Besides, this place is really village-like and you can experience the traditional Japanese life there. Food are fresh and delicious. さらに表示

The scenery is pretty good as it is near the sea. The outdoor garden is a decent spot for photo taking. Food options and activities are limited though, especially because we never made reservations for the dinner and had to make do with sub standard ramen at the food corner on level 1 or 2. Buffet breakfast was decent nonetheless. Onsen facilities are acceptable, apart from the outdoor one which is too small for our liking. Staff service is very good, expected from this kind of resort/hotel. Apart from these, we spent most of our time watching TV while waiting for the food area to be operational at 8pm. Wifi only available on the lobby level, which was inconvenient. Will probably not visit again. さらに表示

Fantastic relaxing getaway from busy Tokyo, whole hotel has an outstanding ocean view, whenever or wherever you are in the lobby , in dining room, in your room or taking hot bath in onsen, you'll be able to enjoy an incredible gorgeous ocean view. For those who are new with hot spring here are some tips: Take a shower before bathing in hot springs to maintain the cleanliness of the water. Women should avoid bathing in hot springs during their menstrual period. Be sure to test the temperature of the water with a finger or toe before getting in to make sure the hot springs are not too hot. Avoid bathing in hot springs 30 minutes before eating a meal, and one hour after a meal. Do not drink alcohol while bathing in hot springs . Make sure there is enough air circulation in indoor hot springs facilities. Do not soak in hot springs for too long. Generally, 30 minutes each time is the limit, and one should not bath in the springs more than three times per day. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after soaking in hot springs . Drinking sports drinks is also recommended. People with heart diseases and pregnant women should not soak in hot springs . Generally you do it like this: wash then soak again wash and soak, repeat as much as you feel. I really enjoyed my 1 night stay in New Akao and would recommend this hotel for those who put nature and adventure before luxury. さらに表示
