今回台湾から行く予定でしたがコロナウイルスの為飛行機が結構になってしまいました。先にカード決済をしているので、問い合わせてみると、政府が外出禁止ではなく自粛と言っているのでキャンセル料は一切頂けないことでした。次回行ける時に何か割引などあればよかったのですが、一切なくただお金を捨てた気分になりました。一生福岡には行きたくありません。対応が悪すぎます。こんなホテルは初めて見ました。 さらに表示

マリンメッセに近い宿泊先を探していて見つけました。立地良し、WiFi完備、アメニティーも揃っていてお値段以上です！！強いていえば、洗面所以外にもう1つ大きい鏡があると更にいいなと思いました。鍵の場所がも一緒に宿泊した友人も凄く気に入っていたのでこれから福岡に行く際は利用させてもらおうと思います。 さらに表示

福岡空港から近くて最も安い宿ということで予約しましたが、決算時の金額が全く異なっていました。 理由は、宿泊費とは別に、税金＆サービス料\2532,クリーニングサービス料\4,500が加算されているためでした。 また、予約確定後に、メールに「special_checkin_instructions_8232761.pdf 」というファイルが添付されていました。その内容は、「駅前総合受付場所（チェックイン）と宿泊ホテルの場所が異なっております。当ホテルは現地にスタッフが常駐しておりません。チェックインの際はお手数ですが、駅前総合受付にてチェックイン手続きをしてからホテルへご移動して頂きますようお願い申し上げます。」というメッセージが、日本語、英語、韓国語、中国語で書かれていました。 予約をしたページでそのような注意事項を見た記憶はなく、よく確認したところ、施設の写真全４３枚中の１９枚目にそのような案内がありました。 また、予約時には、カードでの支払いが義務付けられており、キャンセルも不可能でした。 フロントとして使用しているホテルは分かりやすいところにありました。 ロビーには、タオルやバスタオルが山積みにされ、バックヤードのようでしたが、フロントのお姉さんの感じは良かったです。 なお、領収書についてはAGODAで発行済みということで発行していただけませんでした。 フロントからホテルまでは、迷わず行ければ徒歩９分ですが、ナビを使わなければ絶対に迷います。 一応、フロントで地図を配布されますが、目印となるお店等の案内もなく分かりにくいです。 宿泊場所について、建物自体は新しく、非常にきれいです。 プライバシーも確保されており、コンビニも近くにあります。 １人で泊まっても、タオル・バスタオルが４人分ついてくるのもうれしいところです。 残念なのは、清掃の詰めが甘いことです。 冷蔵庫に、前泊者の飲みかけのお酒が残っていたり、洗面台に小さな歯磨き粉が残っていたりしました。 全体として、また泊まりたいかと聞かれれば、価格次第というところです。 さらに表示

Pros: The building is new, the room is very big and value for money. They provide all necessary amenities for your stay. It is 10 mins walking from the riverside foodstalls and 20 mins from Tenjin station, convenient to explore the city. Cons: The reception is 10 mins walking from this building and no breakfast or cookware is provided. Stayed 5 nights so you get 1 room cleaning service. Bed sheets were dirty so we thought it would get cleaned/ changed on cleaning day. Nope, it did not - they just replenished towels and made the bed. However, location was nice and room was large and spacious which could be hard to find in cities of Japan. ps: please rmb to checkin and grab keys from reception (located 10min walk from actual hotel). さらに表示

Apartment hide behind small lane, not provided kettle & microwave, only 1 at the lobby meant for Public used, not suitable for family & group , kettle for boiling water not in the rooms, highly not recommended, checking in time after 5pm, need to pay extra charges if check in earlier, Check in counter & apartment different places, totally not recommended. The room is very good but the real problem here was the front desk which is separated from the actual hotel without staff (about 700m distance). The front desk is where you need to get your room key to enter. さらに表示

Only complaint was the information from Agoda didn't include that we had to check in a different location. After a long train ride we arrived in the Axis Hotel with no reception. It was frustating after a long travel from Sasebo to Fukuoka to arrive at an un manned hotel, I had to leave my wife alone with the baby while I went to the other location to check in. さらに表示

I chose Axis Hakata as it’s in the family friendly list in Agoda with baby cot. It’s on promotion so I booked right away but only after that Axis emailed me they don’t have any baby cot. I wrote back to ask for any alternative solution they can offer like guarantee a twin bed room, but so far no reply at all. Then only in the morning of my travel day, I received Axis’s email about their check-in procedure, without mentioning about my baby cot problem. The location of Axis is quite convenient, however the check in spot is somewhere 10 min walk away which made my first day arriving with baby quite troublesome. Also the facilities in the room is different from our expectation - no kettle for hot water. And there is no staff in the property when you wanna ask for assistance. It’s ok for solo or business travel but with a baby I won’t recommend. I think it should be removed from the family friendly list on Agoda to avoid misleading other family travelers. さらに表示

Within walking distance from subway stations but need check-in in another location. Total 20 minutes walk with luggages. Clean and spacious room with city view balcony. Toilet and bathroom is separated. Good for family travel. Difficult to find the hotel as it is located a bit away from roadside. Suggest to have clear direction signs from outside. さらに表示

附近很多收費停車位，日間200yen /1小時，過夜8點至8點300yen，很便宜，合自駕及輕裝旅遊，缺點是 Check-in Counter 在神區，難找而且不明顯，需要步行十多分鐘才回到酒店，幸好沒有 Check-out 手續，只需把門匙放回酒店樓下信箱 さらに表示

櫃檯服務人員也愛理不理的，不是很親切，agoda問與答也回覆比較慢。住宿那邊只有一樓有微波爐，沒有熱水壺，不能泡泡麵吃～房間算大，很乾淨～ さらに表示
