Super like for service pick up and drop off. Good scenery. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and you will get the facilities you need for a stay there. Plus, security gate which require access card for each hotel section. Oh and also private hot spring just for JPY 3000. All in all, I will go there again for my next visit. さらに表示

I reserched and checked with my friends which Niseko ski resorts are best for family with small kids. AYA was one of the mentioned. Since AYA has everything we needed, i.e. good location, nice view, ski access+equipment rent, ski lesson for kids, and private onsen, we chose AYA. I booked a 3-night stay for my wife, her brother, my son and myself during mid of Feb 2019. We were forced to cancel this trip because my son was admitted in hospital 4 days before our flight. Nothing was refundabel due to our booking condition and agreement, but I wasn't sad about money I lost. That the staffs here kept engaging and answered my every question made me feel warm and how welcoming this place was. Whilst my son was still in hospital, I planned another trip in the beginning of March right away. Too bad, the room type at AYA I was looking for was all booked during the period. Maybe I will check it out again next year. My all five stars were solely from the staffs; very appreciated them. さらに表示

Fab location near the family ski lift. 5 min walk to the Hirafu intersection. Onsite onsen was really good. Staff super friendly and polite. Adam was particularly helpful and caring. Ski storage staff very helpful. Very nice family location. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. You get what you pay for. Not cheap but worth the money off season. Prior to the stay, the staff members will email you if you need anything more such as transport pick up etc. Plus points there! As it was my husband’s birthday, I wanted to surprise him with a cake and asked the hotel if they could arrange one and they did without any hesitation! My husband was really surprised! I booked for 3 adults (instead of 2, wrongful on my part) but it was very spacious, toiletries and everything you need was in there. There’s an onsen for guests to use as well! A private one will incur additional costs though. I went on a wrong season hence not many restaurants were open but we made do with a minimart just 100m away. Convenient location! Only didn’t like about the checking out at 10am rule (will incur charges if it’s more than 1030am. so weird!) Probably this is also the same for most of the hotels in japan anws. very convenient location with very caring staffs. Best service, however, there is not many super market near by, if you miss the suttle bus, need to take bus to market to buy food. i will suggest that if you stay in Aya, go supermarket and cook by yourself. さらに表示

The room was nice with fully-equipped kitchen, and cookers. The design of the room is sweet and warm. We tried to adjust the air-con temperature in the room, but it's still cold in the room (We were not sure if it was not adjustable.) There was one thing that could be improved which was to avoid hiding sheets or other unused equipments under the beds. Good about the place : location ! Right under The ace family lift ! Almost door step ! Staff : utterly friendly and helpful Facility is new and modern Private onsen is a nice option Ski valet is cool However, it is like a hotel but room has some kitchen appliance . If you only stay for three nights , only light cleaning service provided , That means you wash your own cups glasses plates , no bed sheet would be changed unless you pay extra to upgrade the service . You have to call them to ask for the water bottle I find out . And for 183600 Japanese Yen for three nights it is not cheap and I didn't expect this . Booked studio room for 2 nights at end of November2017 with sale price of 1/5 of price. For this instance, the price to quality rating is amazing. The room was neat, clean, and a small open kitchen. As expected in japan, hotel stall are very polite but this hotel's staff speaks very good english. They helped us to arrange skiing lessons (both of us are first time) and the arrangements were perfect. The facilities included onsens (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) which closes at midnight. It was an wonderful to experience outdoor onsen while outside was snowing. Overall, clean, neat, good service. Great for people of more than 3-4 to enjoy this skiing resort when in skiing season. さらに表示

Good service, attentive staff who really try to help with your needs (unlike SkiJapan which focuses on making money and not on the service). The place even has a child care centre. I saw the yoga classes being very popular. No time to check out the hot spring and the gum this time as the snow was too good. Not quite 100% ski out but close enough. Very convenient to the Hirafu town and convenient store. Great range of ski clothes. The only blip during our stay was some mix up on the cleaning which was alternate days. The 3br has beautiful views of Mt Yotei, esp the living room and the main bedroom. Minimal housekeeping depending on number of days of your stay. Given the premium cost, proper housekeeping can be included. No breakfast as this is an apartment. Onsen is available and is enjoyable provided it is not crowded. さらに表示
