お値段リーズナブルな割にサービスも良く 快適に過ごせました。 タオルやガウンが無料でレンタルできて、 歯ブラシも洗面所に置いてあり、縦型ロッカーもあるのでサービスが良く感じました。 （以前タオルやガウン歯ブラシは有料、とても小さなロッカーしかないとことろがあったので） フロントスタッフもキビキビ笑顔で対応していただけました。 クリスタ長堀南3の出口からも近く便利でした。 さらに表示

10階の休憩所が、特に注文がなくてもゆっくりできるのは大きい。一般的には何かオーダーすべきだと思うので。 また、カプセルフロアと同じ階に、ビジネスブースがあったのも助かった。座って勉強ができ、更に半個室のようなスペースは、かなり役に立った。 さらに表示

カプセルに宿泊。 普通のビジネスホテルでもあるので、施設は綺麗。 フロントの対応も良かった。 カプセルルームの中も綺麗だし、 バス＆メイクルームも清潔でした。 今まで泊まったカプセルの中でも清潔さは一番です。 ただ、週末だったので、某アイドルグループのコンサート帰りの人たちが、 ヒソヒソ声でもなく普通の大きな声で長い間しゃべっていたのが非常に不快でした。 グループ客にはチェックイン時にフロントで、 うるさくする時は談話室で、と一言言ってもらった方がいいかもしれません。 張り紙も貼っているのですが、見ちゃいない感じです。 常識でわからない馬鹿なお子様が多かったのが残念です。 （他の宿泊者もうるさいと怒ってましたよ。） それさえなければ、カプセルとしては非常に良かったので・・・。 さらに表示

フロントの方を始めスタッフみなさんとても丁寧で親切で好印象でした！ 気になる点は室内に数本の毛が落ちていたのと 宿泊しているお客さんで高校生くらいの若い女子がグループでいたため、 お風呂に入る時だけがとても不快でした。 外まで聞こえるような大きな声で騒がれていたのと お風呂の浴槽でばた足する水の音がずっと聞こえたので しばらく脱衣所で待機していました。(偉そうにいってますが自分では注意できませんでした…)　 入れ違いでもお風呂から上がると案の定、 脱衣所の使い方があまり綺麗でなく心地悪かったです。 この点に関しては本人たちを注意しない以外どうにもできないのに クチコミに書いてすみません…。 個人的に希望するのは自分で勝手にできる コロコロやモップを脱衣所に置いといて頂けたら良いかなと思いました。 ですが宿泊料金はかなりお安いですしルームシェアはかわいいし、 有料ですが良いトリートメントなども使えたり、 フロントの方も外国の方で丁寧でしたので また機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました！ さらに表示

カブセルタイプで宿泊しました。 フリースペースは広くて快適で、調理スペースもあり、普通の料理ができるくらいの調理器具もあります。 大浴場も快適でサウナも楽しめました。 宿泊スペースも機能的で、静かに眠れました。 コスパ的には最高です。おそらく心斎橋あたりのカプセルタイプの宿泊施設では最高のコスパだと思います。 平日限定で朝食がついていましたが、これだけは期待値よりも残念な内容でした。 パンとジュース、セルフで調理する生玉子がありましたが、時間がない時には調理するのは少し厳しいです。 気になったのはそれくらいで、全体的な満足度は高く、スタッフさんの対応などもよかったです。 さらに表示

It’s very Japanese, staff speaks limited English, but is extremely helpful and will explain you all there is to know. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Glico running man sign, with restaurants starting pretty much next door. 5-10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi, girls' floor can still received some wifi signal, not so noisy in the room, it has door to separate the locker room, sleeping room and the bath room. it has a series of shishedo product like toner, lotion, shampoo etc. but luggage need to store at reception on another floor. さらに表示

Overall I was very pleased with my first stay in a capsule hotel. Service was great and very attentive. The front desk staff speak enough english to get any questions answered. My only complaint is the capsule was WAY too warn at night. I woke up sweating and I heard other people up also. The mattress was only abot 2 inches thick and could stand to be a little thicker for comfort. さらに表示

This hotel is located very near the subway and surrounded by a lot of retaurants and shopping outlets. They also provide free sauna and jacuzzi. The only drawback is that the free wifi provided is only available in the lobby and certain floors. There is no internet access in the capsule. The price is pretty much on the high side. すごく良い
capsule floor for female located at 5/F and the whole room is relatively small, it takes only 10 steps to walk from the main entrance door to the other end. No matter where your capsule is there is always a door nearby: either the main door, locker room door, or the 2 doors connected to toilets and shower room. If you sleep at the lower bunk you can easily hear the every step people walk with the rubbing sound from their feet and slippers. Don't expect a quiet sleeping enviornment coz many guest are non japanese ( I saw chinese, taiwanese and thai during my 2 nights stay) and they do talk normally and pack stuff normally in the capsule room ( plus the tv speaker and alarm clock), so better have your earplugs prepared. Lockers are very small ( about 20cm width) and you have to keep your luggage in front desk, so better take out your clothes, toilettries and charger first before u keep the rest in front desk. Internet and wifi is only available in the internet corner on 3/F and makes it a little troublesome. さらに表示
