i would love to share this very best experience of stay in this hotel to all esp. for foreigners. in my stay, there seems no other foreigner in this hotel, apparently this is a classic japanese hotel from environment, facility and staff service- this is not a complaint- they may not work very much on outward promotions. most rooms are facing to the sea, could enjoy sunrise from window view. dinner and breakfast are incredibly nice and traditional here with island special. while we return to hotel after night walk, sleeping mat are laid ready on tatami for us. there is also sheltered outdoor hotspring on ground floor, through its quite tiny, we are enjoy with it. there is also japanese bathing clothes for guest to wear to hotpsring. you could also book the shuttle bus to return to the ferry port- free of charge. the japanese uncle at front desk even bow us to farewell us from hotel. appreciate alot the professionalism of the staff service, thanks to them. さらに表示

不懂英語溝通困難，前台老伯服務態度傲慢不好！房間雖然大，不是很清潔，煲水壺內膽很汚糟，黑漆漆的，唯有只飲樽裝水。早餐是和式的，口味不是人人喜歡，一早吃燒魚及飯，感覺有點怪！距離商場較遠，交通不方便，巴士班次疏落，適合自駕遊。有公衆溫泉池，分室內及露天風呂，但是提供的清潔用品瓶很舊丶亦很污糟。整體酒店很舊，需要番新改善。 さらに表示

我地一行6人。 1）港口既服務員好好，幫我地call酒店車接我地去酒店。 2）第二日我地要去士多啤梨園，原本接待員係叫司機載我地去港口搭巴士，載既途中，司機講完個電話後，原來載我地到達目的地，個度都有十幾km架 非常感激佢同酒店職員（讚讚讚），落左 到離開酒店既時候，又有專車 さらに表示

公車做到鹿島中站，房間景觀不錯，早餐及晚餐提供日式懷石料理（非常豐盛非常有飽足感）吃飯時間可以先預約，吃完飯房間的床就被鋪好了！ 大浴場的溫泉很棒，八點有搗麻糬活動。 有一位接待的女性服務人員人非常好，早上有提供接送服務（需要預約），雖然有一點煙味房間隔音不大好，但可以體驗懷舊日本風，下次還是會選擇這裡住宿。 さらに表示
