Daichi is the main host and will take care of all of your needs. He was very kind, speaks fluent English and shuttled us back and forth. He even came out at midnight to pick us up after the festival. The cabin like hotel is clean and adorable. Highly recommend for a nature lovers visit. さらに表示

Stay for night between snowboarding the staff are really helpful with everything from rides to information for the money it was great stay resort right outside do have to walk to the building the road is snowed in さらに表示

Came in late March for some spring riding. Bears house is walking distance from Ishiuchi Maruyama lifts. In Winter this would be great! Daichi is so kind and offers pickup and dropped service to Echigo-Yuzawa station. We got upgraded from japanese tatami mat to 3 bed room! Really glad! The hotel is super clean and has a homey lodge feel to it. I especially love the fireplace lounge area. We didn't get to have any meals but there are meals available if you book it. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Yuzawa. Would highly recommend!! Thanks!! さらに表示
