Stayed 3 nights with 19yr old daughter in the Annex room with private hot spring with breakfast and dinner. Room is good size. Beds is comfy. Breakfast and dinner was good but after the second day I wanted something different. Location is not convenient, recommend you rent a car if wanting to stay at this property. Great experience, the room was very tidy and the staff was extremely helpful. Even though we stayed on the ground floor we had no issues whatsoever. Food was good too especially the chicken pot. Both dinner and breakfast using local ingredients was a dining experience. The onsen tub could have been a bit bigger, and make sure you don't check in too late to get a car space. The place was immaculately posh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had the most enjoyable Japanese dinner ever, loved the food. Loved the refurbished rooms. The public onsen is an indoor type, wish they had an outdoor one as well because lazing in the onsen was soooo relaxing. Hope to return soon in the future. さらに表示

酒店由別府大學站行約10分鐘，大約3分鐘路程有別府巴士站，可以搭巴士前往血池地獄。房間不大，但服務不錯。前台有浴衣可選擇，款式也不錯。酒店只有10間房左右，喜歡寧靜的朋友可以選擇 さらに表示

今日剛剛check out ✌🏻設備都幾新淨。最大問題係「水」！早上無熱水，花晒非常慢。房內溫泉水唔夠熱，所以去公家果個溫泉，溫泉水都夠熱，不過花晒啲水都一樣非常慢，水亦係凍的。車位都係問題，已同佢講左有一架車，我地住四日三夜，最後個日九點幾番到去已無位，counter 係九點時已收工，無人問，最終是但泊左係酒店出面，好在無俾人抄牌😱明明已預留車位，但仍然無位泊。好嘢👏🏻 Just check out on today. This hotel equipment is quite new. The bigger problem is WATER. The shower is very slow even in the room and the public hot spring. There are no hot water in the morning even the water tape and the shower. Hot spring water in the room is not hot enough. Feel very cold when i use it. I have to use the public for the hot spring. This hotel has a several parking outside. I had already reserved 1 car park, but i have still no parking when i back to the hotel approx. 9:30pm. The counter was closed at 9:00pm, no staff can help on it. Conclusion, i will not take this hotel in winter and hope they can improve this serious problem. さらに表示
