訳あって数時間の仮眠の為に宿をとりました。
行ってみたら、それだけの為に取ったのはもったいなかったと思いました。
館内は内装がかっこよく、きれいで、とても落ち着きました。部屋に入るとオリジナルデザインのお水とウェルカム杏仁豆腐がありました。
ベットの寝心地は最高で、数時間の仮眠でもすっかり疲れが取れました。
ネット回線は混雑する朝はやや遅かったですが、たいして問題ありません。
他の方のレビューで見かけた臭いは、まったく気になりませんでした。
この時期だからの価格なのか、朝食にパンもついてて、一泊4千円は激安でした。

I'm disappointed and hate to say that, as this hotel has nice interior design.
I like the location, and design of the hotel, good for designers.
But cleanliness and Wifi needs improve.
4 nights staying, my wifi never works (good signal but no connectivity), works fine in lobby.
Room carpet is quite disgusting, I saw toe nails on the floor.

This hotel located nearby higashi-shinjuku station-4 mins walk after coming out from exit A1 higashi-shinjuku station than turn right. Due to this hotel still new hardly can get location from google map . I advise from shinjuku station better walk to this hotel as if riding train after changing and finding the right lines is almost the same as walking from shinjuku station estimated around 12 mins.Googles location to hotel granbell as this hotel is behind Bespoke hotel shinjuku and this hotel is facing the main road opposite of Shell gas station not far away. Twin room is ok ,bathroom ok too and for triple room with 3 beds hardly any space to fix in all 3 big luggages but still ok if you know how to organise the space. overall nice and clean hotel. recommended ! さらに表示

New hotel located at higashi shinjuku. Room space ok for 2 adults but triple room quite tight and hard to put 3 big luggage. Location near to higashi shinjuku station A1 turn right walk 4 mins but walking from shinjuku station to the exit of higashi shinjuku station is quite similar to walking from shinjuku station to this hotel estimated 12 mins . Use Google’s map to walk here but since this hotel quite new Google’s can’t find this hotel so hotel shinjuku granbell is at the back of this hotel as this hotel is facing main street nearby Shell gas station. さらに表示

Courteous, friendly staff and clean quiet rooms. nice coffee bar and lounge downstairs. Very close to the Tokyo Metro and a short walk from restaurant choices. Rooms and bathrooms are well lit and appointed. Mini fridge and tea kettles included. Note that the rooms do not have luggage racks, closets or dressers so travelers will live out of their bag during their stay. さらに表示
