外観は薄いクリーム緑の屋根で、第1印象だと古く、正直高級感があるような感じは受けません。 しかし館内へ一歩入ると至る所に生花があり、掃除は行き届いており、何よりスタッフの数がとても多く好印象を受けました。無料のイベントや甘酒サービスなど、ゲストに楽しんでもらいたいという心配りも感じられます。 ただし、お風呂は源泉掛け流しはありません。すべて循環式となっており、カルキ臭がしたのが残念でした。 源泉掛け流しお風呂があればもっと満足度が変わるのになと思います、また屋根の色を落ち着いた茶色や黒やグレーにすれば外観の印象も良くなると思いますので 次回行くまでに是非、改善を期待しております。 さらに表示

鐘山苑のリニューアルでできた然然に行ってきました。１泊の金額が高いと思いましたが、お料理は食材の味を壊さないように調理されていて、とてもおいしく、盛られている器も料理を活かす器で、見て楽しみ、食べて楽しみでした。しかも、夕食後の後には料理長さんが胃に負担がいかないデザートを用意して下さり、お風呂上りにいただきました。お部屋についている露天風呂からは雄大な富士山がいつでも見られ、なんと贅沢な感じでした。もちろん、大浴場も入れます。なお、ラウンジがあり、夕方６時までならお菓子あり、お酒類あり、それ以降は飲み物だけ提供されています。ビンゴゲーム大会や太鼓ショーなどもあるので夜も退屈しません。あと、庭にあるこもれび庵には、言葉を書いてくださる素敵な方がいらっしゃって、その方のお話を聞いても楽しいですよ。そこでは、その方が書かれた絵入り、色紙も購入できます。まだまだいっぱいの魅力があるホテルです。また季節を変えていってみたいと思います。 さらに表示

We stayed here for one night in a renovated room with private onsen. The service was detailed and they made sure that we felt honoured as special guests. Food was also extremely good. I would say it was good value for money. さらに表示

This place is a place of relation, the service and attention to detail was impeccable! We stayed at one of the nicer suites on the 4th floor. The room itself was huge with an private outdoor onsen with unobstructed views of Mt Fuji. Upon arrival our attendant went through every aspect of the room and information of all the available amenities including all the public baths. The only trouble was she didnt speak english so we just had to guess through body launguage. You are provided with Yukatas and PJs. The beds are so comfy with super luxurios bed streets. The hotspring on the roof also had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. All the food including dinner and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices at breakfast. I would stay again in a heartbeat if I had the opportunity. さらに表示

Came here in may2019, was really worried that we couldnt see the fujisan due to the cloudiness, but the view was great! The kaiseki dinner was delicious and we were so full afterwards. I wouldnt stay longer than a day though. Its quite far from other landmarks. Or if u rent a car.. all in all, if u want a great view of the fuji while in the hotsprint. Come here! さらに表示

If you book this hotel, recommend booking the open-air onsen room with the Fujiyama view. Nice and polite staffs. Plenty of public bath. The one at the roof with a spectacular view of Fujiyama is the one that you must try. さらに表示

We drove to Bessho Sasa hotel and had a warm welcoming by staff and easy check-in experience. Room was spacious and very clean with great view (unfortunately it was foggy during our stay, otherwise it would be perfect!). Rooftop hotspring was absolutely something you CANNOT MISS. Food was very nice and staff was very friendly (though it took us a while to figure how to get to our designated dinning room). This hotel was very elegant and cozy. The room itself was fantastic, the hotel itself felt more like a resort and the hot springs were very nice. The location is good and not too bad of a trip from Tokyo (where my cousin and I were staying) via trains. Even though the trio was almost 2 hours long, the countryside along the way is beautiful. The food was excellent, the drum performance was entertaining and the garden was very peaceful. I would definitely come back here for at least a few nights in the future! さらに表示

Our suite was beautiful and included every amenity imaginable. We were disappoint with our view over electrical lines, a sports field with bright lights, and several parking lots, albeit in the foreground of a looming Mt. Fuji. The kasekei mead served in our room were the best we had in Japan. Bottom line was we would have preferred to be on the north side of Lake Kawaguchi-John where the views we’re unobstructed by the detritus of modern life. さらに表示

My wife and I don't often stay at more expensive hotels - we often feel silly spending so much money, considering what you get. This time, however, we thought we'd definitely gotten value for money and would come back if we were ever in the Fuji area again. The room was beautiful, the view from the baths (including our private bath) spectacular, the grounds and garden were stunning, the staff were flawless, the extras (food, drinks, shows etc.) were great and the whole experience was something we would recommend to a friend. さらに表示

Stayed at Bessho Sasa. Everything was great except checking out. I was struggling with a couple of huge luggage at the lobby( especially those steps in the lobby) and I wasn’t offered any assistance despite having so many staff in the lobby. Gorgeous garden. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Fun evening show. Stayed one night in a Bessho Sasa room for three (highly recommend) and one night in the Presidential Suite (our daughter got married in the garden that day so it was a special family splurge) Assigned us wonderful staff, Yuki and Misaki, who spoke excellent English. The dinner and breakfast was extra fancy in the suite. Only complaint is that the breakfast rice was not freshly made (yes, I noticed). Yes the room is expensive but the quality and quantity of the included meals must be worth $200/person. Well worth it. さらに表示

Truly a magical place to experience Mt Fuji and Japanese culture. The in-room onsen is a must to really enjoy this place. Do not come here expecting a modern experience. This is a place to retreat from modern life and relax in the views of the great mountain. Can't recommend this hotel enough. さらに表示

Bessho is 4th and 5th floor of Kaneyamaen Hotel. Decoration is kind of modern. Open-air bath is a bit difficult to see Fujisan. You have sit on the exact corner and have to be tall enough to see. However, from the dining table, you can see Fujisan beautifully as long as you want. Not so sure if it worth extra price for sort of club floor like this because all other facilities are shared with Kaneyamen. 3 public onsen. One is dated. Another one is nice. The third one is on the rooftop and separated men and ladies by time i.e. morning is for men and afternoon is for ladies. Hotel, means Kaneyamen, has a huge area, big garden, nice tea room, karaoke, drum show. Dinner is exquisite. Breakfast is in a large room with lot of selections. Again, breakfast is the same for both customers of Bessho and Kaneyamen. In summary, it is a nic place to stay but not so sure to go extra for Bessho, instead of just Kaneyamaen. さらに表示

Definitely will recommend people to spend their leisure time at Bessho Sasa! Top notch quality of service and hospitality, with lots of resort's attractions for guests such as traditional music performance. Will be back here again! さらに表示
