This is a new hotel so everything is clean and tidy. And it takes 1-2mins to the Kitahama station. There are a lot of convenient store and a supermarket around. Super concenient. The room rate is also competitive. Strongly recommend. さらに表示

Good and clean hotel in a central location. Nice breakfast. Good mix of local and continental food. Rooms are small but sufficient. A mini refrigerator, a water kettle, coffee and tea were provided. Hotel is very new. Very clean. Staffs are nice. Near kitahama station so you can travel to nihombashi easily. Beds are super comfy (it makes me wake up late every morning). Only complain is there is no microwave in any room. But you can ask staff to “hotto” for you. さらに表示

Hotel is quite new with modern look. Accommodations are reasonably appointed for the price. Rooms are adequately sized for travelers with small suitcases but not much extra room for those with several large bags. Housekeeping was slightly erratic, forgetting to replace toiletries or nightshirts, occasionally. Staff always responded quickly and courteously to any of these issues we brought to their attention. The hotel is just new and a member of IHG, so expect an international hotel standard . Plus location is just a minute walk from Exit 3 of Kitahama station (Sakaisuji Line). This surpassed my expectation, really! They do make-up your room everyday even without having that "MakeUp room sign". There's no water provided for the whole stay but it's okay because Family mart is just beside Exit 3. They provide drip coffee everyday and can ask for more if you wanted to :) Room space is perfect for couple, there's enough space for 2 big luggage. Plus you can store your luggage if you check out early. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again here in the future. :) さらに表示

It's conveniently located near the station, but still a bit out of the way. For the price I was really happy with the size of our room, considering most Japanese hotels are so small! We were able to have two suitcases fully opened on the floor when necessary. Only issue was cleanliness though. When we first entered our room, I discovered some hairs in the bathtub and on a towel, and there was a small bandaid on the bolster pillow. If the place was cleaner I would be more likely to stay here again. さらに表示

Everything is awesome! Close to convenient stores. There’s a budget restaurant nearby for dinner. Few restaurants around the area. Very close to Kitahama train station. Coin laundry and foreign money exchange are available. We arrived 7am and check in is at 3pm but the staff allowed us to leave our baggages. When we got back at around 5pm, our room was ready and our baggages were already in our room. What I like the most is they change towels and bathrobes EVERY SINGLE DAY. Even give new pairs of slippers, toothbrush, combs, and other toiletires EVEN IF YOU DON’T ASK FOR IT. Even refills the complimentary coffee/tea . Though they only provided 2 bottles of water only on our first day. Vendo machines are available on some floors. Major concern was the restaurant. It’s only open during breakfast. You cannot order a room service if you are too tired to go out and eat at night. But like I said, restaurants and izakaya are just around the corner so you can walk a little bit more to eat. さらに表示
