My parents and I enjoyed this place so much. The traditional style tatami room was spacious and the semi-open on-sen was convenient. All three on-sens were very nice and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful as well! This place is a bit pricey but definitely worth the money! さらに表示

Had a wonderful time relaxing during our stay here. The staff was exceptionally accomodating and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facility is small, only about 6-8 rooms from what I could tell so it was very quiet and we never had a problem getting into one of the private group onsens during our stay. We opted for the Kaiseki dinner, which was a bit pricey but probably fair for the amount of work that went into it. In terms of location, the ryokan is situated in a suburban area with some small restaurants and a 7/11 nearby. Probably okay if you plan on spending your full day relaxing at the onsen. さらに表示

An unforgettable experience in Beppu to stay in this hotel. Warmest welcome was received from the hotel. No big problem to communicate with the staff in English. They tried their best to express. I liked this kind interaction. The in room dinning service was good. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hot. springs were not big but good enough for private relaxing. Late check-in is not allowed. The reception is closed at 5:30pm. I have to re-schedule my travel plan to arrive at 5:15pm so as to meet their requirement. I stayed for 2 nights. In the morning of the next day, the staff asked me to leave my room key before going out. I asked if we could come back late in that night. The staff answered that the hotel opens 24-hour. That night we came back at 9:15pm. After entering the hotel, we could not find a staff all around. They kept my room key that I could not go back my room. Finally, we went to the backyard, then jumped into my room from the window of the bathroom. It's just like a thief! It brings out another problem of the hotel - "Zero Security"! さらに表示

我們乘高速巴士到鐵輪口落車，由於下車時沒有的士，嘗試行路過去，但沒有行人路可以行過去，唯有在路邊等的士，周圍可逛地方少，附近的地獄蒸不好吃，溫泉不是正宗，清潔度一般，溫泉有很多青苔似的，還有很多小昆蟲，一打開窗戶嚇死了，住了一晚手腳都有被咬，不過有免費飲品，詢問去第二個境點交通員工盡他們一切幫忙解決，這點很好 さらに表示

6개의 객실만 있어서 조용히 휴식하기에 최적화된 료칸입니다. 저희는 온전히 휴식을 위해 선택한거라 방 밖으로 나가지 않으려고 노천탕이 딸린 방에서 묵었는데 일반 객실은 2개 뿐이라 전세 목욕탕 이용해도 괜찮을듯 싶어요.직원분들 너무 친절하시고 카이세키 석식과 조식 모두 룸안에서 먹어서 밖으로 나갈 일이 전혀 없습니다.(환풍시설 잘되어있어 방에 음식냄새 걱정 안해도 됩니다.) 직원분이 한국말을 하셔서 대화도 나누고 체크아웃할때 한국말로 손편지도 써주셨어요.따뜻한 방문이였습니다. さらに表示

1. 아침에 8:00시 숙면중에 개인탕 온천 체크하러 들어왔습니다. 2. 온풍기 부분 곰팡이 먼지 가득합니다 3. 정확히 자연온천인지 아닌지 의심스럽습니다 개인 노천탕의 경우 따뜻한 온천수가 너무 늦게 나와서 아침에 제대로 온천욕을 할 수 없었고 차도와 개천이 근처라 물소리와 차 통행 소리로 시끄럽습니다. 4 대절탕 두곳이 디자인 똑같고, 실내 대절탕은 매우 좁습니다. 대절탕 모두 샤워기가 하나입니다 5. 로비가 매우 협소하고 음료 준비가 미비합니다 6평일엔 조식 석식이 전혀 되질 않습니다 7. 아침 한국말 가능한 여직원 태도가 그리 친절하지 않습니다 특히 아침에 숙면중 불쑥 온천 체크하는건 정말 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 8 식사가 제공되지 않으면서 주변 식당은 15분이상 걸어 나가야 되고 세븐일레븐 주류는 사다 먹으랍니다 9 그나마 남자 중년분 친절도는 괜찮았습니다. 일찍 체크인을 받아주고 매우 친절한 설명을 해줘서 그나마 대놓고 뭐라곤 못하겠습니다. さらに表示
