3泊しました。場所は抜群に良いです。家のような空間を楽しんで滞在するというコンセプトなので、チェックイン・チェックアウト以外でスタッフの方や他の宿泊者に会うことはありませんでした。インテリアやアメニティのセレクトは抜群におしゃれで個性的! 下のカフェで扱っているコーヒーをハンドドリップで室内でも淹れられます。ただ1点だけ、せっかくマランツのプレーヤーと天井埋め込みのスピーカーがあるのにBluetoothに対応していなかったのだけ残念でした。それ以外はパーフェクト! さらに表示

I travel with wife and baby: Wife fell in love with the room, Room view was good but not great, Room size is huge, not a problem with multiple suitcases, Staff was very helpful and kind, and speaks great english, Location is so good, Hotel can help with laundry as well, Bathroom is gorgeous and equipped with high quality amenities, Only downside is expensive, Would definitely come back when discounted さらに表示

Really great location and very spacious for a few night stay. Great architecture. Can be a little noisy at night when nearby bars are open and train is running but gets quieter after midnight. Washing was so cheap which was really handy. Staff were very helpful. さらに表示

Very good staying experience.The principal help us lots of favor,very kind and polite,the room is very big for tourists in Kyoto. And everyday they clear the room ,it's very,very tidy. Interduce this hotel to anyone who is watching screen. The only defect for me is no smoking room,but it's personal.Besides,you only have to walk 10 seconds to 1floor ,then the problem will solved. I must say their concierge! Attentive like a 6 star hotel from before the trip by helping us book geishas dress up service to help us mail back the photos when we left it in the room. The location is great too, close to many good restaurants and train station. The room is very spacious and very mordern design. We also love the fact that is very clean and they even provide us with nice set of PJs! No cons from us, would rate it 10/10! さらに表示

Boutique apartment wirh spacious studio type with living area and mini kitchen. Location is great with a minute walk to station, restaurants, Marui and Takashimaya malls. Staff is friendly and willing to recommend food and attraction. Nothing to complain, we would love to come back here. さらに表示

This is a 3 room boutique hotel located in a 5-story building between Gion and Pontocho. Floor 1 is a cafe/coffee shop with outdoor seating, floor 2 is a great beef centric restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Floor 3 has 2 guest rooms. Floor 4 is check-in and a high end jewelry store, and Floor 5 is the Penthouse suite. We stayed in both a studio on floor 3 and the penthouse. The Penthouse is amazing and features sauna and hot tub. Studio was also very stylish. Staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel and resto are hidden gems. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Kyoto. さらに表示

Really great place, we enjoyed from the first walk-in, the staff responded our mail to announce our late afternoon arrival. After a friendly checking-in we discovered a large room well equipped with all the Japanese style we were looking for. Bijuu residence is located in the heart of Kyoto, a stones throw away from the Gion district and nearby Pontocho restaurants. The building itself is tucked away in a picturesque sidestreet, with rooms overlooking a scenic tree-lined canal. Rooms are large, very comfortable with modern conveniences including fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and with extra large bathrooms that include hi tech Japanese toilets. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect, with a delicious continental breakfast delivered to the room daily and helpful suggestions on what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend and look forward to returning to this wonderful place int he future. さらに表示

The Bijuu is located in a fantastic neighborhood - convenient to many restaurants but with a feeling of seclusion. The staff is absolutely outstanding. Elly, the on-site manager during our stay, helped us make reservations for a number of fantastic restaurants that we would never have found on our own. We stayed in room 301, which was spacious, well designed and very comfortable. I feel lucky to have been able to stay in this hotel during Kyoto's fall color season. さらに表示
