フロントの場所が離れているにもかかわらず事前に場所の連絡もなし。どうしても受付で鍵を渡す必要があると言われ向かったが、フロントは宿泊場所から徒歩10分以上離れています。フロントでは鍵自体が入っているマンションのロッカーの暗証番号の書いた紙を渡されるだけ。時間ロスの中、往復させられましたが、本人確認のため、対面対応が必要とのことでしたが別に身分証を確認されるといったことはありません。事情が事情だけに、別の方法での本人確認方法もあったのではないかと思います。予約方法、セキュリティ、スタッフの対応面、全てにおいて二度と利用したくない印象です。 さらに表示

まずテレビがない。布団もシミがついてて使いたくなかった。ティッシュ箱もない。部屋の乾燥で全員が体調を崩した。一万円もしたのにこれは酷すぎる。汚すぎる。そのほかも髪の毛が落ちていたり、キッチンの食器も汚くてもう一回洗わないといけないような感じだったり、旅行は楽しかったのにこれはあまりにも酷いと思う。 インフォメーションでの荷物預かりだけ助かった。 さらに表示

すごく良い
駅からもキャナルからも近く,コンビニも近くてロケーションはとても良いです。 お部屋はまあこんなものかなっていうお掃除具合　 換気扇やエアコンがホコリだらけなのは気になりました(;_;)/~~~ お風呂には乾燥機能もあり洗濯して,朝乾くのは子連れには有り難いです やはりテレビ無しは辛かったです(/_;) でもこの価格なら大満足です(^_-)-☆ さらに表示

今回、福岡でライブイベントがあり、1泊する予定だったので、こちらのホテルを利用してみました。 チェックイン時間が17:00〜だったので、ライブイベント終了後22:00頃にチェックインしました。 個人的な意見ですが、ライブイベントの開演時間が16:00〜 17:00〜が多いので、15:00〜からチェックイン受付を開始していただけると、終演後わざわざ博多駅まで戻る手間が省けるなぁ〜と思いました。 チェックイン場所とホテルが離れていることは、あらかじめ事前にメールで知っていたので、スムーズにチェックインすることができました。 ホテルの場所が、少し離れていると聞いていましたが、車で10分ぐらいで到着しました。徒歩20分ぐらいだと地図表記されてたので、時間に余裕がない方は、公共機関か車で移動することをおすすめします。 駐車場は、ホテルの下に安いコインパーキングがあったので、全く困りませんでした。 部屋は、普通に綺麗で写真通りでした。 アメニティも人数分用意されていましたが、ドライヤーが故障しており 使えませんでした。 それだけ、残念でした。 周辺は、 キャナルシティ博多が徒歩10分圏内 コンビニが5分圏内だったので、 食事や買い物には、全く困りませんでした。 さらに表示

以前は隣のホテルで、駐車場があったけど、今回はないっていうところが、マイナス。 なぜ？隣同士なのに？ 近隣には駐車場あるけど、やっぱり建物の前で無料駐車場があるってだけでプラスだと思う。 さらに表示

普通のマンション。玄関で靴を脱いで入るのでとってもくつろげました。 お風呂もトイレと別で使いやすく、汗をかいた服をすぐ洗えて洗濯機はとても重宝しました。 大きな商業施設まで徒歩約5分で便利。 ドアのカギや椅子のネジが緩んでいた（外れていた）ので点検・修理必要。 手洗い石鹸と時計があればいいなと思いました。 さらに表示

Located steps away from Canal City, the unit has basic items needed, it has balcony and we’re impressed with the bath tub 👍 room rate is much lower compared to similar rating in Fukuoka, definitely will stay here again next time さらに表示

Check-in location is different but no any email notification we... we both carry two big luggage arriving hotel then finally knew it it is horrible check in location is far from hotel... no leave luggage service when check out need to pay $500 per luggage さらに表示

Check in at different places... about 15 mins walk from Hakata Station... hotel is about 15 mins from check in place ... The room itself is big, spacious enough which family with kids... Lawson is just outside the corner of the hotel, security wise is good at the property using passcode to go in the property... 10 minutes walk from the hotel to go to canal city(places to shop n eat) さらに表示

The area is good but the app was misleading and after going there I had to travel quite far to get to the actual check in desk. This was a huge inconvenience as I had dinner plans shortly after check in. I'm just glad I wasn't with my family as it would have made getting to the office and back a huge upheaval. Room was clean but a bit sparse, there is no TV which would have been nice for my young daughter when she was in the room. The bed is fine but the second bed is a futon deal and it's a bit old and yellow and has an odor. I had to clean even the clothes I didn't wear during my trip as they all smelled like the room. さらに表示

단점Demerits 1. 초행일 경우 엄청 멀게느껴짐 At first, it seems far from Hakata station to the hotel so you may be exhausted to regret) 2. 호텔과 체크인장소 다름. 체크인은 하카타역 서쪽 9번출구 왼쪽 횡단보도를 건너 우회전/직진. 컴포트 호텔 지나 세븐일레븐 나오면 그 골목으로 직진. 오른쪽에 초밥식당 나오면 그 식당 끼고 우회전. 그대로 몇십초 직진하면 residence hotel에서 체크인. 역부터 4분 소요 Notice that the check-in spot and the hotel is separate. When you arrive at Hakata St, come out of the exit WEST 9th and cross the crosswalk which is on the left of the exit. Then turn right and go straight until Seven Eleven appears, passing Comfort Hotel on the way. Seven Eleven is on the corner so turn left on the corner and go straight until you encounter a sushi restaurant on the right. Lastly go straight for seconds and you’ll see “Residence Hotel.” 3. 카운터에 짐 맡기면 캐리어당 500엔 It takes 500yen per luggage to keep in counter 장점Merits 1. 텐진과 하카타 가운데에 있어 교통비를 아낄수있다 Being betweenTenjin and Hakata, you can save your trans fare. 2. 일본 아파트 체험 You can experience Japanese apartment style. 3. Their checkin counter is not in the same building! 接待處在博多車站附近！！！！The accommodation is located 20 mins away from hakata station. When we’ve got there, we realised that their checkin counter is near the hakata station (no sign!! We asked another guest). we needed to walk back to the station... The least they can do is send me a email n inform us where their checkin counter is...... but they didn’t!!! The room is nice, comfortable, clean in a reasonable price. Plus, a delightful balcony can relax. Everything’s good! Only pls make sure u need to checkin from other building n is 20mins away from any station. さらに表示
