Staff attitude was not at all good, we are having child with us and staff at the guist house always complain on chileds cry and his movements in the passage. Very worst experience with the staff. All staff is Chinese and lacks kindness. さらに表示

I had very bad experience at this hotel. The staff's service was not good. I thought they had no credit and the host of the inn is Chinese. The only two quilts were all torn. it had the smallest bathroom I've ever stayed. The tissue paper was very easy to be wet after taking a shower but staff didn't replace a dry and clean one. they just put the wet toliet paper into plastic bag and leave a notice on the door. the price of this inn is not cheap. It's not worth and you have more choice on other hotels. さらに表示

Not suitable for young kids as we are asked to keep our volume down from 830pm-1030am. Sleeping space was extremely small for 2 adults and 2 children. Only 2 pillows were provided which was insufficient. No walking space at all. Stairs was so small and narrow and it was hard to transport our big luggage up and down. さらに表示

Small room for the price (5m2), fake window with a wall half an inch (1cm) from the window. Absolutely no light. No idea why it was 1.5 the price of other locations in Kyoto that had better rooms. I left after one night. (I'm easy going and not picky but Airbnb has better Hotels. Yes hotels) さらに表示

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and the bedding was like sleeping in the clouds. The tatami mats gave the room a refreshing and soothing scent. Walking distance from station and museums. さらに表示
