This is an excellent facility to stay. It is conveniently located close to the entrance of the Niseko resort area. We stayed in a 2 bed room unit - one for bed, one for tatami. Strikingly clean. Full kitchen was so convenient as we cooked real meals. Staffs are very very hospitable and knowledgeable, giving us tips for the choice of hotsprings (there are so many of them). Stayed here for 6 nights in February and loved it. Great central location (free Grand Hirafu shuttle stop right on the doorstep) and great room too - the kitchen had everything we needed including fridge and stovetop, the room was well heated and the beds were so comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and if you go in the winter for skiing, there is shuttle to bring you to Grand Harifu just outside the hotel. Will stay there again. さらに表示

Pros: reasonable price, friendly staff, very clean Cons: distance from slopes, not easy to reach if one misses the shuttle, small rooms The lodge provides shuttle services around 8:00am plus and there are the Hirafu shuttle services as well. However, outside of these, one would have to take the buses or a long walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bliss! Loved the rooms and more importantly, the service. Had a lot of questions which were answered even before we got to the place. They also made sure our transportation was taken care of. They also prepared a special get-together for the guests during NYE, which made us feel right at home. It was just a little difficult to go around, since the place is not in the middle of the town, so you just really need to know the bus schedule. Once you get the hang of it, it gets much better. We loved the room - it was bright, warm (it was -4outside) and the beds were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, so we just went to 7-11 which was conveniently located just 3 minutes away by foot, to buy what we needed. Overall, an excellent choice of lodging in the beautiful town of Niseko. Would love to go back there again! さらに表示

Absolutely lovely staff. They went above & beyond, especially when our daughter was sick, taking us to the pharmacy and being supportive and genuinely caring. Good location with free bus stop outside directly to the ski lifts so no walking in ski boots required. Well stocked 7-11 close by. Welcoming communal area. Apartment very clean and modern. Wonderful Place at Bliss Lodging. Right next to the main road, but still quite. Nice, clean and well maintained place. Full facilities to cook meals and relax in the evening. Convenient to drive around to the nearby Village and various ski facilities or take a shuttle right at the Lodging door step to get to Sharifu. Last but not least, wonderful M/s Satoko San who manages the place , who often went out of her way to make the stay extremely pleasant - such as make calls to check if facilities are open , recommended the best pastries shop. And she has no problem communicating in English, and if you intend to stay at Bliss Lodging; she would be quite happy to answer your queries. さらに表示

The pros-really clean,free washer and dryer as well as the best hotel staff I have ever had. They do everything to make you happy and we're kind enough to have a free drop-off and pickup from the train station. They also took me to the post office to ship my snowboard and helped me with the language (must be under 150cm). さらに表示

This is the first time I have stayed at an accommodation that is not within 15 mins walking distance from the Hirafu main intersection. The lodge provides a 8:20am and 8:40am shuttle to the gondola. Otherwise, one would have to take the Hirafu East Village shuttle or public bus to and from Hirafu. The location is identified as "Log Village" and can be easily missed by public buses. On the Hirafu shuttle bus, it is Number 26 stop. The place looks like it was recently renovated. It is clean and compact so the rooms are quite small (two bed room). Full cleaning is carried out only once every 4 days. The staff are very friendly and they organize some free events at least once or twice weekly which only require the purchase of one drink. We were treated to a Takoyaki (squid ball) night. They also arrange transport to Kuchan town a couple of times a week. Great friendly atmosphere. さらに表示

For those of who might concern anything about Niseko (sking, snowboarding, aftersking, nightlife, pickup service etc), just go to Bliss Lodge! I will tell you why you have to choose Bliss Lodge. Close to everything!! It is really close to the resort. Might take 3min by car to the Gondola center, and 4min to welcome center. May take 20min~30min to get their by walk. By the way, Bliss Lodge is located right in front of Grand free shuttle stop no.26 . When you are heading to Hirafu intersection, gondola center, welcome center, it is super convenient to get there. If you walk may be 30 sec toward, there is a Niseko United shuttle stop which delivery you to Kutchan station, and near Kutchan area. Moreover, in the morning, you will see little bit of a pack of grand free shuttle.(you might not be able to get on, if is full already.) But worries. Friendly staffs always ask you when do you want to be picked up to either Gondola center or welcome center. Super clean room, facilities, hotwater さらに表示

This is a very cosy and super clean accommodation. Will be good if both rooms are tatami. Basic but good enough for us. Satoko San is very helpful and converse wellnin English which is great “relief” for us. Will come back again. Indeed, Niseko is expensive but Bliss offered relatively reasonable rates. What struck us was the quality of the interior decoration and that made us feel like we are living in our dream home. To top it off, the staff at Bliss are "Ichi-Ban" : Professional, cheerful, go the extra mile and very resourceful and dedicated. I stayed a room for 4 people. It was perfect. I have never seen that kind staff ever! Room was super clean and everything looked brand-new. Every in the morning they drop us off at ski gondola. From NISEKO to bliss lodging is about 400-500m, we could walk. I will visit again bliss lodging! さらに表示
