私用で２泊したが、ゲストハウスとしては設備も整い使い勝手がよかった。 ８畳ほどの和室にトイレ付。バスは無く共同シャワーだが、シャワールームの入り口に鍵がかけられるので女性でも安心できる。 さらに表示

Been to Osaka twice and I must say that for the location, this place is such a steal. If you plan to have 1 day out of town trips with Osaka as base, this has a really good location. Will definitely be back! Owner is very helpful, organized (on how he manages, cleans & restocks supplies) and hands-on on his establishment. And yes, his english is good. Not for picky travellers but for those looking for a budget accommodation with a hassle free stay, seriously, consider this. さらに表示

Good location, near to the station, convenience store and tourist attraction. The room is cozy and clean. Besides, the owner is very friendly and helpful. He give a very details information when I asked the direction of some location. He will find draw on the map and print out the details from computer. The guesthouse is near to the Tennoji subway station, just about 5 minutes walk. There are restaurants, 7-11 and family marts around. The staff there is friendly and able to communicate well in English. Highly recommended for short stay. さらに表示

I was among their last customer in 2016 and I loved it. I stayed for 3 nights right and left on Dec 31. Single bed - Non smoking room • Room: the size was perfectly comfortable for 1 person; clean, fully equipped; heater was working well. Nothing was really there to be complained about. •Location: Just about 3-min walk away from Tennoji station. You can literally go everywhere in Osaka from this station without feeling far. It's kinda in the center of the city. • Staff: It's more like a self service place, so actually you won't see the staff that much. But whenever you see them, they are as nice as they can be. • Facility: Everything is available for free or with low expense and very cool. You will have to take shower in a different area outside your room, but there is always available space and hot water. In short, it is worth the money and deservingly the perfect place for young independent travelers 🖒 さらに表示

Good location, very convience walking from Tennoji Station. Good price. The room area is large enough for packing luggage. Room without bathroom, but it is very useful with washing-basin & toilet. Therefore it's my second time for staying at Boarding House. さらに表示
