Large size room with a nice big in-room onsen. Restriction to children makes this a good getaway place for couples. Kaiseki dinners were a hit and a miss. We thought the 1st night dinner was ordinary and not something to shout about. 2nd night was better and more flavorful. We were there during peak season in Feb and had to wait awhile for courses to be served over dinner. Staff was polite though should be trained to speak English to explain the dinner course better. Location was furthest from the onsen town among the main hotels/ryokans there though the extra 10 minutes walk is not an issue unless you want to carry your luggage to the onsen town bus stop. Free shuttle bus to the hotel from Sapporo/Chitose airport is a nice touch. Would have been better if the hotel provided shuttle to JR train station for departing guests. さらに表示

The hotel is designed with a western/eastern mixed style. It has a private onsen in each guest room, which is terrific. The rooms are large with sofa/ TV and large sitting area. I'm not that satisfied about the dinner and breakfast, because they are all included and I can't choose not to eat at the hotel I expected something better. I walk to all the tourist attractions in Noboribetsu, it only takes about 15 minutes or so. さらに表示

The place was amazing. The only criticism is the location as it is quite high up, so you needed to get a taxi if you got off at Noboribetsu station. However, once we were there we were given exceptional hospitality. Food is slightly above average in taste, but they do feed you quite well. さらに表示

This is for onsen lovers - you have private onsen in the room (comes with the smell though...), outdoor onsen, and basically the entire village built around onsen(s). There is free shuttle bus from airport/Sapporo station - make sure you book it, and cheeck the timing (only once or twice a day). Dinner was an experience - something we probably would never found ourselves. Short wal to Hell valley - definitely worth of visiting. さらに表示

The room is very spacious with good selection of amenities and most of all the privacy of own hot bath. The breakfast and dinner served are very fresh, used local products and very tasty. The service is excellent, the staff makes effort to ensure our privacy and convenience be it meal time and even room cleaning time. This is the second ocassion that we stay at the Noboribetsu Hotel. Obviously we came back because of the wonderful experience we had during our first visit. We are not disappointed at all this time, the excellent service started even before we arrive. We took the complimentary bus ride from Sapporo Station. We were warmly greeted by the staff at the Sapporo JR Station and was allocated with the best front seats in the coach. When we arrived, the concerige was alreay waiting for us. The check in was smooth and this time, our suite was even larger and more luxurious. We immediately sank ourselves in the total harmonious and peaceful atmosphere. The dinner and breakfast were most excellently prepared and professionally served. Though we have a private spa in our room, we also tried out the outdoor spa at the basement of the Hotel and it is a most pleasing experience to soak oneself in such delightful backdrop of Japanese Garden setting under the chill and snow. If there is anything to be improved it would be the serving staff at the restaurant. Though the young men did provide us with wonderful service, he did have some challenges with communicating with us, (whereas the lady who served us during our first stay understood us perfectly). Staying at the Noboribetsu Hotel is a most memorable experience that I would highly recommend to my friends. さらに表示

Reception at the lobby was very nice and fast. Room is spacious and cozy, but there were a few insects at night in the room. In-room spa is very good with hot spring smell. The room is equipped with several pairs of traditional clothes for going down to the underground spa and restaurant. Dinner and breakfast on the 2nd floor was impresstive with a series of Japanese dishes. One of the best memory with Japanese hotel except for the price. We find Boro Noguchi Noboribetsu Hotel an excellent relaxation hotel. The room is really spacious and the items (bathrobes, pajamas, coffee maker, etc) provided in the room were really excellent. The room comes with its own personal onsen and we had a really great time with privacy. The view from the room were excellent as well. Haven't been to such a nice spot in Japan for a while, Boro Noguchi is the best!! The fusion, modern, elegancy, class, from its location - front entrance - very exclusive / quick greetings and check-in welcome by the hotel staff, , you don't feel like you are t a hotel, and giving you an atmosphere of having your private home, the room, cleaniness, restaurant, taking the traditional japanese meal but in a fusion way, feel like to being for the whole trip spending in this sexy, warmth, sensation spa resort hotel with your partner would be the best! Must stay there for at least 3 days, you will feel you are in another world of your own, making and planning your own trip/stay, drive there from the city of sapporo, awesome highway, maximum speed, passby ski resort for a day trip snowboarding, and arriving at this spa resort taking off evetything and just stay inside with your soul & soulmate enjoying the best among all, from its bathroom to living room to bedroom. さらに表示

Stayed with my wife for 1 night. I was completely blown away by the standard of the hotel and the foods. They even grated fresh wasabi for our sashimi.The hotel standard and the food offered were all first class and we have been mighty impressed and so much so I am going to ask my wife and my daughter to visit again soon.
