Dirty and unhelpful The hotel was empty but the staff had placed us in a room on the third floor and would give no assistance in helping us take our luggage up when I asked directions to places or recommendations for restaurants they were very neutral and couldn’t recommend anyway the hotel Onsen was very dark dingy and not what you would usually expect in Japan The following morning I woke up early went downstairs for a cuppa coffee there was no staff about’s so I helped myself turned all the lights on and turned all the heat is on after we went to breakfast which was very stale cold and very unattractive or enticing to eat went back downstairs to see one of the staff members washing the little plastic stirring sticks from the garbage bin where I previously made my coffee earlier on that morning would never stay here again さらに表示

I went with my wife and daugher. The Japanese style room was impeccable. With private bathroom, bathtub and balcony with open view. Exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a thermal bath that came ideal to relax . They offer yudakas, or very nice typical robes. It also has a bar and cafeteria, with a small offer, but with very good prices, and there is a kitchen area to prepare your own food. Perhaps the main hall needs to be remodeled a little, but the Bozanso was an excellent option and definitively want to go back! さらに表示

Staff very helpful . He drive us to Onsen monkey and return to Train station . Our breakfast is simply delicious. Our Japanese style bedroom is lovely and clean . Onsen is nice . さらに表示

Staffs are nice and accommodating. Kerosene heater in the lobby was not what I hoped for from a hotel now a day. Overall this hotel is very near the monkey park and they offer free homemade Japanese breakfast which I loved. さらに表示

We are the only guest there as per our book dates. Only 3 people in the hotel, 2 of us and the only staff Hedai-san. We have the onsen all by ourselves. We had the ryokan room with bedroom options (not sleeping on the tatami) with a great price. The room large enough even too spacious for us two. Unfortunately the hot water in our room did not work, so we used the onsen for bath and it cost a very little of only ¥150 one time charge for using it as much as you like. The distance between Yudanaka station to Hotel was about 10-15 min walking, and it's very cold outside in December. Distance to Shibu onsen town and bus stop was about 5-7 min walk. The location was in between Yudanaka and Shibu. The master might be able to pick you up and drop you to the station or even the snow monkey park but you need to confirm the availability first with the master (He's a great hotel manager). さらに表示

It was the perfect stay at japan. Lovely hotel, great staff, and the locación is perfect. The only thing is that we had a confution with the food. In our reservation was included the diner and breakfast, and the didnt say so. They said that the food wasnt pay. But the room and stay was perfect さらに表示

The owner was waiting for us outside the station, and kindly took us to the snow monkey park. Nice rooms, the Japanese bath was hot and steamy. However the decor of the reception and corridors were outdated. The town itself is a let down. さらに表示

It was a great stay with onsen at Yudanaka. Heday-san was kind to pick us up from the train station & on the way to the hotel, he explained the various restaurants that are available for our dinner options. Upon reaching the hotel, he also offered to bring us to Snow Monkey park (the highlight of our trip!) & fix the time with us. Overall, a great stay on a quiet environment, onsen to ourselves & great stopover for Snow Monkey! However, on a note, the heater used in the room is oil-based so for those who are sensitive to the oil smell, this may not be for you. さらに表示

they pick me up from the train station, then pick me to the monkey park. when I came back everything is well set up. The boss was really nice and speak really good English. Food, hot spring, room, over all is really nice, is a place that can enjoy Japanese culture. Feel like live in Japanese house~~ really like it, want to go back again~~~ さらに表示

The master was very friendly and helpful. He has Thai wife and willing to help Thais. The location is convenientto access to Monkey Park and Ski Park. Good Breakfast and Onsen. さらに表示

It was a great trip. The manager came to pick us up at the train station, holding our name on a sign so we wouldn't miss it. Then he brought us to see the monkey park which saved us alot of time trying to figure out how to get there. On the next morning, it was snowing heavily but he took us to the train station. The conidtion of the hotel was not good, poorly mantained. The air conditioner was not properly functioned. The hot spring was small and old. In general, the hotel was not properly maintained. However, the owner was very friendly and can speak English. Since there was no restaurant in the hotel or nearnby, he drove us to the restaurant in the late evening. 雖然是一幢老飯店 , 但飯店內的服務人員都非常的用心及親切 , 早餐時飯店人員一大早就在餐廳門口等候我們用餐 , 這點讓我們很感動 . 第二天退房時老闆還特地專車送我們到車站 , 並且細心的提醒我們要轉車的地點 . 我們一定還會再回來住 . さらに表示
