駅までの送迎もあり、外観とは違い、中はリフォームしたかのように綺麗で、アメニティも充実していて、街までのアクセスも徒歩で苦にならない。 次回行くならまた泊まりたい さらに表示

ロビーで靴をロッカーに預けるのをとても不便です！ホテルのスタッフ対応もあまり親切ではなかったです。特に女性スタッフ！和室を予約しましたが、布団もお客様に自分でやってくださいって自分でやりました！お客様に任せる感じでした。お部屋代高いのにサービス全然無い感じなホテルです。 さらに表示

We spent two nights just for relaxation and onsen, and were happy with our choice. This is not a ryokan but a Western style hotel, but we had a lovely, spacious tatami room with seaview, there are both public and private onsen, and very kind and helpful staff. After three weeks travelling Japan our worst experience. Hotel on the whole worn out, service scarce, we had to lay our beds ourselves,for that quite expensive. The panorama is 0magnificent, so we comforted ourselves to have paid 2/3 for the view and 1/3 for the room. We didn't try the food, so we cannot comment on it. さらに表示

When we made check-In, a staff of this hotel asked us go out because there is no place to enjoy the night life around the hotel. However, the view from our room which was on the 5th floor was so nice. And, we could enjoy reserved Japanese SPA with no bothers. さらに表示

酒店在山上要上一條很斜很斜的路才到，不是太好及太危險，早餐一般。 有獨立的温泉超好！又能看海，還和朋友享受温泉，房间也很大 さらに表示

Première fois dans cet hôtel à Atami car l’habituel était complet. Il faut prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l’hôtel depuis la gare, impossible à pied et pas de navette. Personnel courtois mais sans plus. Les lits n’étaient pas faits, c’est à dire que les futons et la literie sont dans l’armoire. Il y avait juste une petite table dans la chambre. Il faut faire soi même son lit( on voit ça où de nos jours). Une single , un drap, un oreiller, une couette. Une double, deux draps, deux oreillers, deux couettes. Pas de rab... Le bain chaud correct mais compliqué car beaucoup de couloirs. Petit déjeuner correct. Bref, nous avons tous été très déçus ( nous étions 5 amis). さらに表示
