We were given a room meant for 3 person.. Hotel staff, an old lady insisted that we can join the double bed and a single bed together to sleep. It was not possible when we saw the room. My husband had to sleep on the floor. Requested 2 extra pillows and a blanket. But was charged additional 3000yen. Totally ridiculous. Paid 371 sgd in advance but was given an insufficient. Poor breakfast standard. 2 hard boiled eggs and white toast. Certainly a low star hotel and overly priced for the rooms. Not worth staying in this hotel. Unfriendly hotel staff. さらに表示
