A tradition Japanese hotel with great hospitality. Staff welcomed us with a smile and helped us carry all the luggage! The meals were spectacular. Dinner had less variety but perfect portion and great taste. Breakfast was rather generous with a great variety. Love the dessert! The girl who served us was very polite and accommodating. Requested blanket and they delivered it. Great! Many hotels in Hokkaido only offer one type of blanket :( Room was spacious! Love that aircon has cooling and heating mode! Very good manner of the staff. Very good Onsen service but the outdoor Onsen is not big enough. I go with my family including 2 children those are under 5 yrs old. All staffs are children friendly. 5 mins to Tram Station, and 30 mins to Hakodate Station by tram. 10 mins to Aeon department store by walk. Very convenient. I thought it was a little expensive but it's worth the price. I booked one room including dinner and breakfast. The dinner was amazing. The onsen was really good, not crowded and very clean. 因為帶了2位小朋友入住，訂房時選擇了「可供4人住宿」房型，我以為就是訂4人付費住宿房型，結果飯店房沒有提供小朋友浴衣、被褥、餐點，員工應該要查覺異樣，可以主動詢問我需不需要增加浴衣、被褥、餐點，即使需要付費也沒有關係，而不是等到我發覺時詢問員工才提供小朋友的用品，這對於曾經有過授勳女將的榮譽而已，實在不應該。 其它整體而言，是非常好的非常棒的溫泉旅館。 さらに表示
