This is a good hotel that the location and facility are great: Japanese style building but west room style settings; just right beside the shinkjinji Dori. We really enjoy the nights staying here. However it would be better if the check-in time can be more flexible! さらに表示

The "hotel" was remodelled from a residence house, and has only 5 rooms on the second floor. The location is good. However, here was my bad experience.
We arrived at the hotel later than their "required" check in time. When we knocked on the door, the manager didn't allow us to get in, pretending not knowing that we had booked a room, and told us all rooms were occupied. In 5 minutes we realized that he wanted some money in his own pocket. Then we negociated to pay an extra 5,000 yen for the "punishment" of our late check in. This was not the end. He looked at my 2 year old daughter and said we needed to pay an additional 5,000 yen per night for her. This was ridiculas as in any other hotels we stayed in Japan, children younger than 3 years old were not considered an additional person. But we had no choice that night because even if we chose to leave, we still had to pay for the first night. So please stay away from this hotel due to the unprofessional management. さらに表示
不能算是酒店，連民宿不如，對旅客要求多多，連機本暫存行李幾小時也要收取¥1000一件，十時後不會有服務員在場，有事想找人幫助只有自己解決，早上十時還未見服務員，房間沒有水供應，只可以到地下自取，但入住當日八點已經沒有水，值到第二朝外出還是沒有水，要求多一張 さらに表示

酒店的评价很两级话，有的评分很高有的评分很低，还比较担心。但实际住过个人还是觉得很不错的，是一家日本风格的民宿，地理位置很方便。如果习惯了住快捷酒店的人可能不太喜欢。但个人比较喜欢，很符合京都的氛围，服务生也很热情，房间不大，不是很新，但是比较干净。 さらに表示
